Beautiful house in Cape Coral

Beautiful house! Our family of 4 was very comfortable during our stay. Home was bright and decorated very tastefully. Nice pool although it is not heated. Suggestions would include having owners’ belongings put away in separate closets/cupboards. We would rent again.

Neues Haus sehr schön eingerichtet

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt vor Ort. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und schön eingerichtet. Lediglich die Lage direkt an einer Hauptstraße ist nicht ganz optimal da hier recht viel Verkehr herrscht.

Fun in the sun

We loved the house. It’s new, modern and beautifully decorated. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Loved the split bedroom floor plan. Perfect location. Not far from Matlacha, Punta Gorda, Ft Myers or downtown Cape Coral.

Beautiful house noisy location.

Owner had post it notes probably 10+ of them on doors and other items stating owners items, seemed tacky, why not just have a storage closet with a lock for them. The pool heater was turned off after owners left before we got there so pool got to 72* by the 2nd day. 1 street away from a busy 4 way stop so you hear vehicles taking off all times of the day as well as lights driving towards you while you relax in the evening by the pool.

Very nice home..

The house is very nice, newer, with all you would need for an extended stay. After a few days we felt “ at home”, comfy, and enjoyed the pool area with the lania, outdoor grill area, and the view of the canal behind us. . Only concern was it was near / close to a busy street and you heard the traffic all day n night. Overall thumbs up !
