Thank you so much! We're thrilled to hear you had the perfect stay and enjoyed the house and location. It was a pleasure hosting you—come back anytime!
Beautiful, cozy home! We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed and very clean. The location was perfect….we walked down to the shops and the museums, and for the day we took the very scenic train ride, we didn’t have to bother with finding parking for that because we just walked right across the street to the train depot! We had a wonderful time in Leadville and this house was a great place to stay.

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the cozy home and great location. Happy you loved Leadville!
Very comfortable house, remodeled with modern features. The fireplace was cozy after a day of skiing, the beds very comfortable, the layout was perfect for us. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to downtown to walk.

Thank you for the wonderful feedback! We're so glad the home, cozy fireplace, and location were a great fit for your stay. We'd love to host you again!
The property was not very clean, the floors were very dirty and there was garbage left in one of the bedrooms. The rest of the house was great. It had beautiful views and was in a very convenient location.

Thank you for your honest feedback — I’m really sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues. That’s not the experience we want for our guests. I’ll follow up with the cleaning team to make sure this is addressed. I'm glad to hear you still enjoyed the views and location, and I hope we’ll have the chance to provide a better experience next time.
Great house and location. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable rooms. One bedroom had a bad mattress which made it uncomfortable for sleeping.

We will take a look at the less comfortable mattress right away and will make any changes necessary to keep guest experiences as great as the experience you had. Thank you again, we look forward to hosting you next time you're in town.
Good place to stay while dropping off a college student. House was clean and equipped well. 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and shops.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
This was the most friendly property I’ve ever stayed at. The house was very nice and extremely clean. Communication was outstanding, even when I was mistaken on my checkout day. They went out of their way to give us as much time as possible to get back and get our stuff. They were even nice enough to try and find us a different place to stay for the night. 10 out of 10 will definitely recommend.
The oven element sparked and almost caught on fire.
