Casa Sonora vacation rental home is located in San Felipe's La Hacienda community. This community is a quick drive from down town San Felipe - from downtown, simply head South on Avenida Mar Caribe towards San Felipe Airport, and you'll arrive in 7 - 10 minutes.
La Hacienda community is along the popular South Beach corridor known for its pristine beach.
Casa Sonora features 3 bedroom and 2 baths and is ideal for 7 - 10 guests. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed. Guest room one has a queen bed, while guest room two has two twin beds.
There is a large kitchen with all the essentials you'd expect in any well equipped kitchen including, toaster, microwave, blender, pots and pans, etc. Conveniently located next to the kitchen is a dining table with lots of seating for enjoying meals with friends and family.
One of the cool features of this home is the rooftop. A large roof top fire pit means you get to hangout on rooftop, regardless of whether the weather is hot or cold.
There's lots of seating furniture on the rooftop, and, the commanding views of the Sea of Cortez cannot be over emphasized. Wake up early and you can see the fishermen head out to sea.
Are you a golfer? As a bonus, included in this reservation is one free round of golf on San Felipe's only 18-hole championship golf course.
ON ARRIVAL DATE: (not included in rental amount) $100 security deposit is required for gate access card.

MONTHLY RENTALS - Utilities are additional. A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival.

Great ocean and mountain view. Quiet gated community. 5 minute walk to beautiful beach. Plenty of room for three people and our big dog. Comfortable beds. Only 15 minutes away from San Felipe. Bbq was charcoal use so was very slow. Gas or propane bbq would have been better. Hosts were very prompt if any issues. Highly recommended.
