The space This stylish built two bedroom guesthouse is fully furnished with large windows and glass sliding doors leading out to a small private and landscaped patio area. Available for 2-4 guests.
You will be welcomed by a peaceful light filled open living space with lounge and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar.

The space
Located close to the John Hunter Hospital (5 minute drive) and easy walking distance to New Lambton village and local parks. Plenty of cafes, pubs and shops for you to visit as well as a supermarket within a 5 minute walking distance. Close to the Newcastle Entertainment Centre and walking distance (10 minutes) to McDonald Jones sports stadium. Newcastle and beaches are 10 minutes drive.
You will have full use of this space with everything you need.
There is a washing machine and combi dryer tucked away with bifold doors for your use and washing liquid is provided.
Bedroom 1 has a spacious bathroom with walk in shower and vanity, as well as a wardrobe. The ironing board is under the bed in this bedroom. Bedroom 2 also has an ensuite bathroom.
There is a linen cupboard next to the kitchen with spare towels, an iron, washing basket and pegs. There is also a washing line to the side of the front of the guesthouse and a clothes rack in the laundry.
The living space has a fan and reverse cycle air-conditioning, a comfortable sofa and living area that looks out onto a landscaped back patio area with chairs and table to unwind and relax. There are throw rugs for those chilly afternoons available.
Both bedrooms have queen size beds with bed linen and towels provided. The bedrooms have a ceiling fan.
Guest access A shared driveway leads to the property. It is narrow and has a kink in it so is only suitable to park small cars at the end of the driveway near the house.
Please don’t park in the shared driveway as we would like to keep our neighbours happy.
Access is via a pin code entry.
Other things to note Available for 1-4 guests.
Please reconsider if you are a smoker as this is a non smoking environment inside and out.
Please be mindful to close louvre windows and sliding doors in the lounge area when it rains as it can come right in.

We had a wonderful stay in Oxnard. The house and property is just as described and pictured. The Primary bedroom and bathroom are amazing! Wait until you try the shower!! The short walk to the beach and grilling on the patio were highlights of our stay. Owners quickly responded to a question we had. We will definitely be back!
Property was per description - lots of natural light. Very peaceful. Furnishings were tasteful and modern. Location was handy to everything required. Host very responsive.
Comfortable, Clean and New. Included all required necessities that was over and above what I expected. Beautiful home and loved all the little extras. Attention to detail to provide all that was needed including utensils, pots, tea and coffee, basic breakfast and dishwashing requirements.
