Kick back and relax in this cozy and comfortable cottage. Our 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is set to accommodate 6 individuals (adults/children). It has a spacious living area over where you can enjoy the views of Little Cameron Lake. For the early risers; grab your morning coffee and enjoy the spectacular sunrises from the large deck or pop down to the dock. This is beautiful space to relax and unwind. It's a short commute (20 mins) to Haliburton, Sir Sams Ski/ride, Haliburton Forest Wolf Centre.

The cottage shows pride of ownership with stylish decor. Located on a beautiful small, non motorized lake makes for typically calmer, quieter and warmer water is the summer months. This is a family oriented area that is generally quiet. This is ideal spot for families and friends but not for loud party goers. There is a large multi level deck facing and leading down to the dock. There is a dining area, propane BBQ and built in fire pit to enjoy. Throughout the day there is a mix of sun and shade.

There are 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom in the cottage, all of the bedding and bath towels are supplied. Please bring your own outdoor/beach towels. Each bedroom has a closet and a set of drawers for your use and ceiling fans to keep you cool. The middle bedroom is outfitted with a smart TV and is the perfect spot for the gamers to set up! Or set up a cozy movie night for the kids.

Our great room is perfect to cuddle up and watch a movie, read a book or enjoy a board game. Or perhaps pour a glass of wine and enjoy the lake views with friends.

This is a great area for walking with very quiet roads in the area. We see many people on their atv's cruising around. Sir Sams Ski/ride is less than 20 minutes away. They offer downhill skiing, snowshoeing and in spring, summer and fall they have mountain biking and hiking (call or check out their website). If you are looking to enjoy a local pint, Haliburton Highlands and Boshkung breweries are a short commute away. There is much to enjoy in the area, it's your to discover!

Guests have access to the cottage and one shed that houses garbage and recycling . The Bunkie is not available at this time. Cars to be parked on the right side (facing from the road) or can use the adjacent land across the road.

There is a strict no smoking rule for this cottage, that includes vapes and marijuana. As we strive to provide a clean space we request that shoes are removed inside the cottage.

The cottage runs on a septic system that can accommodate 6 individuals. Only the guests that are registered and approved on the reservation can stay overnight or visit the premises. Grease/oily liquids must be placed in containers and not put down the drain. Paper towel, kleenex, wipes, hair, feminine products, etc CANNOT be flushed down the toilet.

As this is cottage country there are wild animals and bugs. Please do not leave doors open.

Please respect our neighbours - no loud music or loud noise outdoors at any time. Any fines as a result of noise complaints will be the Tenant/Rentee's responsibility.

Our water is fed from the lake and is filtered. We recommend bringing drinking water for your stay. We do provide a water cooler that you are welcome to use, you will need to bring your jug(s) of water.

Detailed instructions for the cottage along with check out responsibilities will be provided once the reservation is complete.

Note: All garbage, recycling, compost must be removed upon check out. There are multiple landfill sites nearby that can be located on the internet. The cottage should be clean (broom swept condition) and tidy just as you found it. I
