Steps to Endymion and Zulu Parades during Mardi Gras!
North of the noise and saturated color of the Quarter is a New Orleans neighborhood that’s perfected the art of living. “Welcome to Mid-City,” read the signs on the neutral ground. And that’s truth in advertising. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Buttermilk biscuits. Live music. A bowl of Vietnamese pho. Who wouldn’t want to visit? Eat. Drink. Get up here. This home is ideally located within close proximity to numerous New Orleans landmarks, including Jackson Sqaure (2.1 Miles), Caesar's Superdome/Smoothie King Center (1.0 Miles), The National WWII Museum (2.9 Miles), and City Park (4.0 Miles). If you have any questions about the neighborhood, please send us a message!
You will have full access to:

★ Having so many bedrooms and bathrooms made our group stay super easy.
Natural light pours through generous windows, warming the open living spaces where friends and family gather after a day of exploring the city. Step onto the balcony with a morning coffee, or let the evening wind down around the fire pit in your own fenced backyard. This Mid-City home is built for easing into New Orleans at your own pace, whether that means a quiet night in or a houseful of guests before the parade route fills up outside.
Sleeping arrangements Across five bedrooms, this home rests up to ten guests. Four of the rooms hold king beds dressed in plush linens, while the fifth is set up with two single beds, a practical fit for families or groups traveling together. Three full bathrooms, a mix of private and Jack-and-Jill layouts, plus a half bath, give everyone room to get ready without the wait.
Kitchen & dining The kitchen carries stainless steel appliances throughout, including a Frigidaire electric cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, alongside cooking basics and a full set of crockery and cutlery. Wine glasses and a baking sheet are on hand for a celebratory dinner or a low-key night of home cooking. Pull up to the dining table for shared meals, or pour a coffee and linger at the breakfast bar before the day gets going.
Outdoor living The private balcony is suited to a quiet coffee or a sunset drink, while the fully fenced back garden opens up space to really spread out. A fire pit, BBQ grill, and outdoor furniture turn the backyard into the natural gathering point of the stay, with cornhole on hand for an easy afternoon game.
Comfort & convenience Wifi and TVs run through the home, and a dedicated workspace in a common area covers anyone needing to check in on work. Central air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, and room-darkening blinds keep the temperature and light where you want them. A washer and dryer, iron, hairdryer, and cleaning products round out the practical side of the stay.
Family-friendly features A travel cot and a folding high chair are available on request for the youngest guests, and the hosts can point you toward babysitter recommendations if you need an evening to yourselves.
Parking & location A private driveway holds two cars, with free street parking as a backup. Trader Joe's sits nearby for groceries, and the Endymion parade route and streetcar line are within walking distance, with the French Quarter just a short ride away, a setup that works especially well around festival season.
Please note: No parties, no unregistered guests, and no smoking. Any attempt to host a party of any kind will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund.

Home is very big and spacious and very clean. We were in town for trial at Orleans Parish courts which were less than 4 minutes away. Home is centrally located which made it convenient to get to all New Orleans has to offer. Michael the host was very responsive to all communications. Plenty of parking in driveway and street. Definitely would recommend and plan on staying again!
