Located on King William Street in the CBD, you’ll be surrounded by theatres, entertainment venues, and endless dining options. Victoria Square, Central Market and Chinatown are all an easy walk away, while Rundle Mall and Adelaide Oval are just a little further up the street — making this the ideal base to explore Adelaide with ease.

The Neighborhood:

The neighbourhood of King William Street is full of amazing street art, galleries, boutique stores, iconic pubs, charming cafes and chic bars to keep you endlessly entertained.



There is public transport at the door. You can catch Adelaide’s free tram service within the CBD, to watch all the latest sporting events at Adelaide Oval, spend the day shopping, or relax at Glenelg Beach before returning to your private penthouse.



Getting Around:

A variety of beaches and the city are easily accessible by tram, train, or bus from the apartment.



The closest stop to free city tram at the University is just 200 meters away being only a 3 minute walk and it takes minutes to arrive at Rundle Mall. You can travel on the tram in the city centre free of charge from the South Terrace stop, and along North Terrace. The free zone continues out to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre where a Park n Ride service is available.



Other Things to Note:

Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.



Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.



Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.



Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.



Baby Equipment: Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.



Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.



Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
