Being light and bright and every room, starting with the huge living room with open fire place, dining table that extends for family dinners, modern kitchen with gas cooking, dishwasher, plenty of cooking provisions and butlers pantry, 3 large bedrooms all with sliding doors to bring the outdoors to inside, 2 stunning bathrooms. The homes amazing features includes convenient location, only being a 5 minutes’ walk to the Rye Foreshore, within walking distance to Blairgowrie Village shops and cafes, close to the Ocean beach, and a short drive to all the amenities of Sorrento Township.
Unfortunately, this property is not pet friendly as it’s not fenced.
