We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, with a backyard and modern appliances. There were some big footy games on TV, Dad's loved being able to sit outside under a heater watching the TV in the BBQ area. We will try and book next year again for the Launnie soccer cup. Thanks for having us!!

Great stay in fantastic location

The stay at Matt’s property was everything you’d hope for. Great home and facilities, spacious and comfortable rooms with excellent heating and cooling and only a few minutes walk to the awesome Cataract Gorge. There: Brilliant swimming in the gorge, epic chairlift and great fun exploring the surrounding area and meeting its resident peacocks and various bouncing native animals. We’d love to visit again

This house was perfect for a family visit. Spacious and a fabulous outside entertainment area. I liked the available condiments, oils, vinegars, etc left by other guests. We were short on tea towels but not an issue. Would definitely return, a great place to visit!

Cozy Stay near Cataract Gorge

We booked this place for Family friends and were visiting first time to Launceston. We love the house, the location was perfect near the cataract gorge which is like 300 m walk from property. House was fully equiped with required appliances and a good separate BBQ area with proper table and chairs to enjoy the night with BBQ

Family Get Together

My husband and I are from NSW and travelled to Tasmania to catch up with our daughter, son-in-law and two little grandchildren. It was a perfect home away from home with so many thoughtful inclusions. Perfect location for going to the iconic Cataract Gorge. Loved the walks, parks and wildlife. Only regret we had was that we couldn’t stay longer. Would definitely love to stay there again. We were warmly welcomed with the home heated on arrival. Well equipped kitchen and highly recommend, thank you!!!more highly.

Extended family in town for wedding

This is a lovely property in a great area. I did misread the bathroom situation and thought it had 2 full bathrooms, rather than one plus a toilet, but we managed. Beach towels were a nice addition. 4 bedrooms allowed us good flexibility in accommodating family. The kitchen was very nice and the spacious outdoor area with BBQ, bench and sink, and large seating area was wonderful.

Lovely stay but short one bathroom

The home is lovely and well located but the listing was unclear. There is only one full bathroom. If I had known that it only had one bathroom and a second separate loo I would not have booked it. The inside of the home was clean but the outside patio was not clean.

A disappointment

Property was clean and tidy and in an awesome location.However the property was misrepresented which was disappointing. When I brought this up with the property manager he lacked appropriate communication skills to come to a fair resolution, so we shortened our stay. I would not stay in a property owned by this host again.

1:100 best describes this guest. By letting this guest check in early and sharing the check in details refused to make the second part of the payment because there was no hot tub. Which is not advertised or pictured on the listing. Was asked to leave. I would have like to give you 0 stars if it was possible. Some people are so entitled - steer clear of Claire if possible.
