The home is very clean, cozy & comfortable & the back yard was very safe for our dog. Loved the extra food & drinks, plus doggy treats the owner left out.We will definitely stay again !

Beautiful Jamaica Mid Century

Absolutely loved our 4 night stay. Beautifully presented and such a warm and cosy house. It felt really nostalgic to stay there. The location is perfect for enjoying the delights of Henley Beach or the wider Adelaide area. Very much appreciated the communication with Diane and the info pac on arrival. Would love to stay again some time.

City stay for work

We had a lovely stay in the house and the dogs enjoyed their time exploring the gardens and the house. It had everything we needed and was well presented. Bathroom is very modern and smart.

Time out for Two

It felt immediately like home but with a better sense of taste. We had a lovely time at Mid Century Modern. It had everything you could possibly need and was very easy to get to. Grocery shopping a short walk away and close to Linear park which was great for walking the dogs as well as ourselves. We very much hope to return in the near future.

Wonderful Clean Home Away From Home

We stayed while I was travelling for work with my partner and toddler in tow. Kathy and Diane went above and beyond to make our stay perfect - even measuring the driveway to make sure our caravan would fit (we we're holidaying on our way to Adelaide). The house is a perfect home - one of the cleanest Stayz properties I have ever been in! Really delightful attention to detail throughout the home. Thank you for having us and look forward to booking again in the future.

Was happy to stay home and relax!

We stayed for a week, coming down for our daughter's graduation. The home is so comfortable and beautiful we happily stayed at home a lot and felt like we were on holiday. Cooked lovely meals with so much great produce around the corner and a super well-resourced and organised kitchen. Lots of amazing cookbooks to browse. Every day I noticed a new piece of art I hadn't seen before. The home is so well curated that despite being a mini gallery, it doesn't feel at all cluttered. I came home with so much inspiration. We had a last-minute change of plans so needed to make a slight date change. This was able to be accommodated and was arranged with no fuss.

Wonderful home away from home

We had the pleasure of enjoying Diane's property whilst on secondment for a work assignment over 5 weeks. The property was better than the photos in a great location easily accessible. Communication was perfect and we had no issues whilst staying at Jamaica Midcentury. Being winter the property is well set up to cope with the chilly days and nights with central heating throughout. There is air con as well for the summer time. Jamaica Midcentury is well equipped with all the appliances and equipment that you would have at home. There was just myself, hubby and puppy for the stay however the property would be perfect for a family or 2 couples. There was a great office space as well which was a nice surprise and very handy for my hubby to work from home. We highly recommend a stay at Jamaica Midcentury - would be amazing in the summertime with an easy walk to Henley Beach and on up to Grange.
