Two minutes from the Gulf, two private balconies with bay and Gulf views, and every practical thing a family with young children actually needs already waiting when you arrive. The Point at Bermuda Bay Club is the Bradenton Beach vacation rental that takes the logistics off your plate so the vacation can start the moment you walk in.

The family-friendly setup here is the most complete in the portfolio. A highchair and pack n play are provided — no renting, no borrowing, no hoping the airline doesn't lose them. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds with a trundle that converts to a king, giving you flexibility as your group's sleeping needs change. The second bedroom has two twins. The master suite has a king bed and its own private balcony for sunrise views over the bay. The living room sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper, sleeping six total across a comfortable, well-configured layout.

The townhome has been recently redecorated with a fresh coastal palette throughout. The open-concept main floor connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas — the cook stays in the conversation, the dining table seats six, and the large windows keep the space bright. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for full meals. A full-size washer and dryer in the unit means packing for a family of six doesn't have to mean overpacking — wash and re-wear, stay longer.

Two balconies give you two different views of the island. The master balcony faces the bay — quiet, east-facing, ideal for morning coffee while everyone else is still asleep. The second balcony catches the Gulf side, where the evenings belong.

The beach is a two-minute walk. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby, putting Historic Bridge Street, restaurants, and the full length of the island within easy reach without moving your car.

The Point at Bermuda Bay Club requires a one-week minimum stay and sleeps up to 6 guests. Children aged 3 and under are not counted in the occupancy limit. Parking for two cars. This property is not pet-friendly.

I can’t say enough good things about this place!!! We have loved every minute of it! The location was perfect! The house was ideal for our family of four ! Perfect!!!!

We stayed the week of Christmas, we had the most amazing time! The location was perfect, the views from the house were breathtaking! My favorite part was waking up and seeing the sunrise over the bay right from the master bedroom. We had everything we needed and my husband loved the dock and caught lots of fish!

We have absolutely no complaints about this rental! It was very clean and in a great area. Very short walk to the beach. Sunsets were beautiful from the back deck. It was very quiet in the evening sitting out on the deck as well. Kids enjoyed the pool and were often the only ones swimming. Beds were comfortable and loved all the beach equipment in the garage!

Stunning condo, everything you could want

I travel multiple times a year, and can say that the Point at the Bermuda Bay Club was absolutely immaculate, beautifully presented, equipped with everything you might possibly need and a pleasure to stay in. Check in was seamless, a small gift from the agent, the whole place was spotless, all beach items were provided, the kitchen was fully equipped and the bed linens were comfortable. The bay view from the living room and master bedroom was lovely. Anna Maria Island was not really “our thing” as we normally stay at much quieter gulf coast keys, where nature abounds, but in terms of where this condo is, it is well placed with the beach across the street and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. If you love AMI, you will love this unit. Thank you to the owners, for an impeccable rental property, with great decor and a cool vibe.

This home was so perfectly situated to where we prefer to stay with walk to beach right across the street and views of the channel in the back. Communication with owners and property management was superb. We particularly enjoyed having the laundry on site and the very well stocked water toys and equipment. We stayed for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was up to the job! Plenty of room and more than enough utensils and cookware - that can be so hard sometimes. Only slight issue was a slow drain in the guest bath but that is the only item I can come up with. Loved it and will stay again. We have already shared this property with our neighbors who travel their often also

What a Lovely Setting

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It appears recently refurbished - new carpet, paint, and designer touches. Clean and neat as a pin. We will return here. Two minor topics but worth mentioning - First, the property owner left a minivan in the garage preventing renters from parking their car under cover. Not a biggie but wish it was disclosed - virtually every other condo in Bermuda Bay has access to a garage. Discussion with the property manager was unfulfilling. Second - this property had a little problem with ants in the kitchen - probably just needs their monthly visit from the bug man. Again, a lovely unit and we would return in the future.
