Fairway to Heaven at Lockwood Folly invites you to drive through a majestic arbor of old-growth Live Oaks and enjoy the pristine grounds surrounding the 18-hole golf course, with stunning views of the Lockwood Folly River and the Intracoastal Waterway.
The owner’s suite offers serene river views at sunrise, a covered porch, a large walk-in closet, and a luxurious bathroom with a tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and water closet. Upstairs, two guest rooms are joined by a Jack-and-Jill bath and open onto a walkout covered porch. The ground level features an office, a three-car garage, and an outdoor entertaining area.
Included Amenities with Weekly Rentals:
- Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, and bath mats are provided for weekly rentals.
- A Welcome Amenity Bag is included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit. (Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)
Please note: Although this is not a pet-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home. Absolutely no pets or smoking are allowed on this property.
The owner utilizes outside cameras for security purposes only.
