***IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION***
1) Our off-season nightly rate is set very low to accommodate people working in the area and staying for a month at a time. Therefore, because VRBO does not provide a way for Hosts to set different Guest fees on chosen months, from September 1 to June 30, we charge an additional $20 per night for each guest beyond two, in addition to the extra guest fee calculated by Airbnb.
2) We charge an extra $100 cleaning service fee for any stay that is longer than six nights.
3) We charge an extra $50 cleaning service fee for the use of more than 2 beds.
4) You must carry out 100% of your own garbage when you leave. Madeira Park does not have garbage service. When you book, we will provide with more information on where you can dispose of your garbage either in Sechelt or Garden Bay.
5) While this is not a waterfront property, the home is just a five-minute walk to the nearest ocean access.
6) During the off-season, the home is owner-occupied. You may notice some personal items such as clothing, toiletries, and food. However, we ensure that guests have ample space for their belongings, including storage areas for a comfortable stay.
