Had a delightful time at this location and home. Cleaning crew did a great job and had all the kitchen items for cooking available. Unique rustic views and cozy.
This place was in the cutest part of town and was super adorable inside. Had a great stay!

We really would have appreciated an extra set of sheets in order for one of us to have slept on the couch. As it was, all three of us had to sleep in a queen size bed, it was really cramped.

Hi Martha, thank you for your feedback., I would point out that the home is advertised a a 1 bedroom that only sleeps two guests. So the additional guest should have planned to bring bedding considering we provided all that info in the listing prior to booking.
I hope your time in the Cincinnati are was otherwise enjoyable though!
Well maintained studio just a few minute’s walk to boutiques and breweries. And only 15 minutes to downtown Cincinnati.
A great place e for a weekend stay.
This is the second time I've stayed here and it didn't disappoint the first time everything was perfect and this time was the same everything was clean and ready for me, I had no issues with anything. I'm very happy with this property

Our host was very attentive. He gave specific instructions in advance about check-in and check-out and touched base with us during our stay to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Ludlow is a cool small town. Our host's recommendations for breakfast and lunch/dinner were great. The apartment was charming and clean - the perfect location and space for our weekend getaway.
This is the third bnb I've stayed in since August. My grand daughter was born a few weeks ago so have been coming up for showers, birth and friends visit's ~ this is my absolute favorite so far.
Cute area, easy to get in and out of, ample parking and very convenient to Covington, Newport and Cincinnati
It was a little hard to find but the Host had given specific instructions. Unit was super nice. Access to the front from the street was a little difficult. But we managed. HIGHLY recommend this unit
The studio apartment was warm & welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked. I really liked the walk in closet in the bedroom -- with all the hangers!! The brick walls gave the place character and charm. I would definitely recommend to anyone planning a stay in the area, to check this place out. One negative I would say is that there were renters in the upstairs apartment and you can hear their every footsteps.

Everything was nice but the only down size was the people upstairs walked very loudly and had an aggressive dog that lunged at me twice while outside

When we arrived the apartment reeked of marijuana. We had the horrible smell and did not have any WiFi (which was the only way to watch any television) for one out of the three days we were there. Then the morning of departure the WiFi quit working again. There was trash left from the last occupant. The apartment was cozy and I liked the size but it was dirty. When we turned the ceiling fan on it showered us with the dirt build up on the blades. The walls were stained in about every room and the floors were dirty. The linens were clean but the dishes were dirty. We had to hand wash cups due to lipstick stains. The property contact did address the marijuana smell on the 2nd day of our stay which helped.
Needed a place for temporary apt while my place was being renovated and met the owner John who was amazing, welcoming. The property managers were a little hard to get to.. just didn’t respond timely and never did fix the dishwasher the entire 6 weeks I wa there ( no biggie I hand washed ) even left early to move back in and sent them a text and they didn’t respond u til the actual day before I was supposed to check out and tried to give me check out instructions? I think this happens with all professional management companies, they just don’t care or respond because they have hundreds of other properties. It wouldn’t deter me from renting again just now I know expect- rations ( low). I actually got a better response from talking to the owner than dealing with neatsuites . Overall this is a great rental ( if you’re a light sleeper the upstairs unit ( if rented) will be a little loud if they have heavy steppers . It didn’t bother me as I am a heavy sleeper..
