My daughter, niece and sister and I went to visit my son who is finishing his co-op at The university of Cincinnati. We wanted to explore the city and be close to the waterfront. This place was perfect for it.
Beautiful place to stay very clean and comfortable, but I will say the beds were way too low for senior citizens. Only problem we had was our check in to apartment, due to the security code to enter the apartment was not correct took 3 hours to get us the correct code after several attempts. But I will say property manager stayed connected and worked endlessly to get the job done.

Perfect Place & Location
The place was perfect, the check-in process was the worst I’d ever been involved with and having stayed with vrbo rentals as much as I have, that says a lot. Some communication was via the VRBO app, some was via text message and some was through the property managment’s portal. Even when I re-entered all if the information through the specific portal (which was a ridiculous amount of info and verification of my ID and selfies), it said the check in process was complete and the building info/condo info would be emailed shortly; it wasn't until I had to call the company asking where that email was. They told me it hadn't been sent because I didn't finish the checkin process within their portal even though I had a confirmation screen saying it was complete. I had to then re-upload a picture if myself, my ID and then one of myself holding my ID.in their portal.
Thankfully once those pictures were re-uploaded, the place and room were 10/10. Clean place, friendly people, and perfect location.

My stay in downtown Cincinnati
My Stay In downtown Cincinnati,
1- The apartment is very nice, modernly decorated and clean.
2. Now, there were several things that make this location undesirable
- there is no parking in the garage for the apartment unless you are staying for a month. You have to pay to park ( first come, first serve) across the street.
- You must upload each day for parking to reset your ticket.
- We had to use uber during our stay because if you leave you could lose your parking space despite paying for the day. There was a baseball game going on so parking eventually ran out. If you arrive later in the evening while an event is going on, I'm not sure how many blocks you would have to park away from the apartment.
- There is nothing mentioned about parking until you get your move-in instructions ( totally my fault for not asking questions about parking)
- The third party company that processes your approval for the apartment did some things that made me feel uncomfortable. Ex: you are required to send a selfie, picture of ID, and second selfie of you holding your ID. I've never had to do this for a spot on VRBO. I HONESTLY FELT LIKE I WAS BEING PROFILED.
- The parking lot QR code process is quite cumbersome. I called the help desk of the third party property management company. Gracey was very helpful. After about 20 miinutes we figured it out. She apologized several times and could not have been more helpful.
Overall, I would not recommend this location.
