Disliked: Cleanliness, location
The entry and door needs cleaning with new rug. Ceiling fans and windows need cleaning. Pool deck needs cleaning. Pool was great! We were older ladies, need to be warned about the small steps into other rooms. Noises from traffic! Thanks for attending to kitchen problems.

From the owner: Thank you for your feedback. The pool area is scheduled to be resurfaced this month, along with the annual cleaning and inspection. I will make sure these items are addressed. I will have Evolve to add a note about the two steps down to the family room. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
This property needs a thorough deep cleaning from top to bottom. The listing photos did not represent the condition of the property. Appliances and furniture were not as shown in the listing photos. The outside was unkempt, there were dirty pans and glasses in the cabinets, the stove dirty and in need of repair, dirty comforter on the bed had to be washed before using, the air vents were dirty/moldy and ants in the kitchen.

From the owner: "We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations. This is the first we’ve been made aware of these concerns, and had we been notified during your visit, we would have addressed them right away.We maintain regular professional pest control, which is especially important in Florida during rainy periods, and our team is always available to respond to any issues in real time. Since your stay, we’ve followed up to ensure everything mentioned has been taken care of, including additional cleaning and exterior power washing. Aside from a few recently replaced items due to prior damage, the furnishings and appliances are consistent with our listing photos. We did refund the cleaning fee as a gesture of goodwill and remain committed to providing a five-star experience for all guests."
We needed a couple of days to ready ourselves before heading north and this house fit perfectly. The pool was warm, my husband said the water was "perfect" and it was close to friends for convenient visits. Highly recommend!
The house has very good space and was comfortable for 2 families with a combined 3 adults and 4 kids. One thing that really stuck out was how well the house was stocked in terms of the kitchen pots and pans, utinsels, trays of ice were made, dishwasher tabs, coffee, paper toils and toilet paper and I could go on. One of the best rental properties I have stayed at in that area.
We enjoyed our time at this property the value was great for the square footage. No issues with check-in and we had a late family Christmas and New Years Gathering with a wedding engagement add in on top and the property was perfect for this. Will definitely look to book again next year if available!
I would definitely come back to this property. It was well maintained with a kitchen actually stocked with appropriate pots and pans. The pool was great, property manager responsive, and location convenient to all the local necessities. I would have loved a few more degrees of cooling on the AC, but for Florida in the summer, it was pretty good, and all rooms had ceiling fans, if not also an additional portable fan. If you’re in port Charlotte, this unit is worth grabbing.
Overall enjoy the house, convenient to lots. The property management stocks the house with basic essentials which is nice. The kitchen was stocked with pots and plates.(There was a glass shot glass left in the garbage disposal that we found when we turned it on... Not fun) The pool and Lanai area needed better maintenance. The pool water was cloudy and dirty. There was a full water bottle in the pool as well. The Lanai area around the door and table needed to be hosed off, so we were tracking dirt into the house. Also did not realize the bonus game room was a renovated garage so it was extremely hot and not fit to have small kids stay in. Beds were comfy, overall worked for our family.
Nice location, lots of space, could have been cleaner
Our group rented your property in early January 2025. We appreciated the location of the house - conveniently located close to major highways and the downtown area of Port Charlotte. The actual house was roomy and comfortable and the swimming pool was enjoyed by our group. The kitchen was also well organized and the bathrooms adequately located for a large group like ours (9 adults) and in reasonably good condition. Also the laundry area was roomy with quite adequate equipment (a large washing machine and dryer.) On the negative side, the entire house could have been cleaned more thoroughly, the pull out beds were not comfortable enough to be used, and the mish mash of blow up beds was only marginally acceptable. One had a leak, and another had no pump. Fortunately we had brought one of our own along. The games room was also pretty much a waste of space. On the whole we enjoyed our stay, but with a few tweaks and a bit more attention to cleanliness and functionality the house would have rated a higher ranking.
Never received check-in information and had to end up calling to be able al access the house. Upon getting into the house we looked around and the house seemed to be flipped quickly for next guest. Deep clean of the property was definitely needed. The property manager did have cleaners come out and touch up a few things that were mentioned. Overall our stay was pleasant.
