It’s a great choice for larger families or two families holidaying together, with space to spend time together and room to spread out.

The large deck overlooks the bay and is the natural place to gather for a BBQ, enjoy a meal outdoors or watch the activity along the shoreline. With the sandy beach just beyond the house, there’s plenty of opportunity for a swim, a paddle or a quiet afternoon by the water.

Across two levels, the home features six bedrooms, two bathrooms and multiple living areas. A second kitchen downstairs adds flexibility for larger groups, giving families the option to share a holiday while still enjoying their own space.

For fishing enthusiasts, the waterfront setting is a real highlight, with fish-scaling facilities conveniently located by the water. Iluka’s relaxed village atmosphere, fishing spots and boating opportunities make it easy to enjoy a holiday centred around the outdoors.
