This was our second time at this property. I was able to enjoy the pool, beach (close-by) and my grandson who lives 10 minutes away. My husband and I had dinner at several restraints on IOP.

We were very pleased with the location, even though itis 20. Minutes from downtown Charleston. Well kept property. Very disappointed that the pool was not heated, in fact frigid. Neighbors were very nice.

We loved the property. It was very well described with bedrooms, kitchen and living space.We were there for the birth of our grandson. Since we were there for an extended period my husband was working and the office space was perfect. This condo was decorated with care and very well stocked. The development had a beautiful pool, which it was almost warm enough in Nov/Dec to use. There are beautiful walking paths with grocery and Target are nearby as well as shops and restaurants.The condo was 7 minutes from the Breech Inlet of IOP and SULLIVANS across the river. It also was only a few minutes from my daughters so very convenient.The sofa needs replacing and I understand that it’s tough with many people renting.We appreciated the care the owners had gone to make this place comfortable.The only real concern that the HVAC didn’t work properly. The heat was ok if turned up. The air we didn’t need much but it really was not working.The check-in was due to VRBO and not the owners fault.

We’re happy to hear the space met your needs.Regarding the HVAC, we appreciate you pointing that out. Technicians have since come out to assess the system, and they were able to make a few adjustments to the variable-speed settings to ensure it runs properly moving forward. It’s a newer system designed to be energy-efficient, and we’re confident it’s now operating as it should. Thank you for staying with us and for your kind words."
