The Space: This 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom townhome at 733 Center Street is conveniently located and offers two dedicated parking spots. Situated in a desirable area, this two-story townhome is perfect for individuals and families alike who are looking for the convenience of being close to all the amenities they need. With its spacious layout, you can easily entertain guests or just enjoy some peace and quiet in your own private space.

The community pool is open 730am-9pm on weekdays and 9am-9pm on the weekends. Weather permitting, the pool will stay open until mid to late October each year. The pool will re-open in the spring once the HOA allows. Unfortunately, The pool hours and operation days are out of our control.

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*

*groups of 8 or more people will be REQUIRED to rent a cabana if they plan to use the pool*

* $300 food and beverage minimum Sundays

Summer Cabana Pricing (April 1 - September 30)
* $300 food and beverage minimum Monday - Thursday

* $1000 food and beverage minimum Saturdays & Sundays

We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home.
