This is a brand new, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom upgraded townhouse. Sleeps up to 8 guests. Two car secure garage and long 35' driveway to park trailers and toys. Only a short 5 minute drive from the south end of downtown Moab. Located in the Rim Vista subdivision where the star gazing is excellent!

Features: Granite throughout, new appliances including a gas stove, blendtec blender, washer and dryer, internet, bbq gas grill, air conditioning, seasonal pool and hot tub, basketball/ tennis court, play ground area.

Master bedroom features a king bed, large closets, attached bathroom, large private deck area with amazing views, 50" smart TV.

Bedrooms #1 and #2 feature Tuft and Needle memory foam queen beds, 40" smart TVs, dressers/ nightstands, and amazing views!

Front room features a full size memory foam sleeper sofa, love seat, chair, 60" Smart TV, Blu ray disc player and beautiful views!

This building, and many of the buildings on the street have obvious exterior surveillance cameras. There are no security cameras inside the condo or on the private balcony upstairs.

The condo was perfect for our family of four as we explored Arches and Canyonlands NP. Quiet, clean, comfortable, and very well equipped, it was a cozy place to rest after long days of hiking. Communication, check in and check out were all easy. Highly recommend!

This home has stood out among our around 30 or so VRBO/HomeAway/Airbnb rentals. High quality all the way through, one of the best equipped homes we have stayed in. Attention to detail and communication from Heidi was fantastic. For example, all the light switches were labelled, no guessing at what light a switch might trigger. In addition to both a regular drip coffee machine and a Keurig coffee machine there was even a kettle, very unusual in an American home rental but great for people who like to make tea with boiling water! :) Really feels like a home that the owners live in regularly and stock it to their standards, rather than one that is just for rental. Very clean, very comfy, nice garage, wish our current rental was as good as this. I can see why this rental has so many 5 star reviews. Thanks Heidi for a great stay, Mike

Perfect location

This condo worked great for our family of 8. Was very ease to use and has most of everything we needed to make our vacation go smoothly. Perfect location from town. Only complaint is that the stairs and floors could have been cleaner as we had a crawling baby.

The absolute BEST!!

My husband, two adult children and I spent four nights at this property as our home base while we explored Arches and Canyonlands. This place was better than expected—Beautiful, clean and so comfortable! It was great having so much room to spread out as well as a fully stocked kitchen for us to make breakfast every morning and pack picnic lunches every day. You cannot go wrong with this place!

The Best

This is probable the most well run and best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The unit was extremely well equipped with all of the necessary items and cooking supplies any guest might want or need. Clean, organized and a nice location a few miles south of the main part of town. It was just the 2 of us, so it was a bit more room than we needed, but it was still a great base home for our adventures and we appreciated the well supplied kitchen. Owner was easy to reach and responded promptly when we had a minor issue at check-in. Certainly a 5 star vacation rental.

My wife and I met my Cousin and his family for a week of wheeling. We were very impressed with Heidi's home. She has everything you would ever need. You don't need to bring anything with you. She has coolers, tennis rackets, basketballs, all the dishes and appliances you need. She really makes the place feel like home. And she has a Beautiful home. The master bed is very comfy, and my cousin said the other beds were very comfy as well. We highly recommend staying here. You won't regret it... We are already planning on coming back in the fall...

Why they chose this property

The Rim Vista's are close to town but just far enough away to create a truly peaceful and relaxing experience. At the end of the day, the kids love playing in the pool while we relax on the patio.
