This spacious four-bedroom home is right on Wellfleet Harbor. This open and bright home has direct beach access and panoramic views of Wellfleet Harbor and Great Island.

Enter a foyer opening to the main living area on the first floor. The living room has comfortable seating and a decorative fireplace (not for tenant use). A slider and full wall of windows frame beautiful, ever-changing harbor views. The slider leads to the custom upper deck with panoramic water views. The separate dining room has a large table with room for all and shares the wonderful view. The kitchen, just off the dining room, has an electric cooktop and wall oven. The living room, dining room and kitchen all have vaulted ceilings. Just off the kitchen is the conveniently located laundry room with washer, dryer and sink.

Down the hall from the foyer is a den with sofa and desk--a quiet spot to catch up on emails. Off the hall is a bathroom with shower. One of the home's four bedrooms is on the first floor. This, the primary bedroom, has a king bed, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower. There is also a private door to the upper deck, vaulted ceiling and amazing harbor views.

NOTE: Central air conditioning on the first floor only. One ductless split unit in the lower level family room.

A staircase from the foyer leads to the lower level with a large family room. The family room has comfortable seating, a decorative fireplace (not for tenant use), a large flat screen TV with Roku, YouTube TV cable channels provided (stream additional content with your own accounts) and a table--perfect for games and puzzles. A slider from the family room leads to the covered porch. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower off the family room.

The home's three other bedrooms are on the lower level--one has a full bed, one has two twin beds and the last has a queen bed, direct door to the bathroom and a private exterior door.

Enjoy the home's lovely outdoor spaces with mature trees and plantings and flowers in bloom. The upper deck, with amazing views and refreshing Wellfleet Harbor breezes, has a dining table and two rocking chairs. The front patio has a gas grill. Access the enclosed outdoor shower from the covered porch. Just off the covered porch is the direct path to the beach. The path winds through the trees to the shared private beach for swimming, sunbathing and beachcombing.

Just over a mile to Wellfleet's Main Street (1.1 mi to Wellfleet Town Hall), 0.9 mi to Wellfleet Public Library. 0.7 mi to Mayo Beach, 0.9 mi to the Wellfleet Town Pier. Short drive to restaurants, shops and galleries, Wellfleet ocean beaches and freshwater ponds, Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites and the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
