The Gulf beaches can be reached within a short 10 minute drive. Many championship golf courses are situated in the local area, but also restaurants, shopping, live entertainment and cultural events are in the close proximity. Opportunities for boating, fishing and water sports are offered locally.

This waterfront condo has 2 Bedrooms and 1 fully equipped Bath, a great-room with dining area and a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and bar. The two bedrooms have each a queen sized bed. Other amenities include a washer and dryer which is accessible from the kitchen.
