Great house. Plenty of room. Two car garage with pingpong table, dart board and a second full size fridge. Screened in porch was great. There is a hose on a reel right at the driveway to flush boat engines or clean a boat. We will definetly be back.

very clean, beds comfy, too much texting from property mng to suit me.needs better dining table, hit knees on legs and chairs very uncomfortable. enjoyed the yard and deck.

Great cottage

We enjoyed our week at Capeville Cottage. It was clean and had the amenities we needed as a family. It was little difficult with parking two trucks with boats and two cars, but we worked it out. Our biggest complaint was the hot water pressure at the kitchen sink. It wasn't enough to even make suds to wash dishes. Other than that we had a great week.
