Vesper Violet House - Hot Tub - Uptown District

The Vesper Violet House is the perfect combination of 1920’s charm and modern living. Newly renovated, professionally decorated, and conveniently located close to all things Waco.

Picture yourself enjoying a hot cup of coffee in the morning while sitting in a rocking chair on the brick front porch. Or imaging relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of wine after a long day of activities. With 4 bedrooms, it is the perfect place for large gatherings like girls weekends and family vacations. Your pets are most welcome in the house and we have a completely fenced in backyard.

Pets allowed (small dogs only, max 2, $50 pet fee per pet. Dogs only, no cats or other animals and no puppies or aggressive breeds).

-Renting party must be 25 or older (all members of the group must be 25yrs of age or older, unless there's a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay).
-Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you'd like a copy before booking (we can't attach)
-If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB
-No day visitors (10 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children)
-Max parking- 3 cars
-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom

-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.
-Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc)

Close to the Bearathon and Plenty of Room

Stayed at this lovely house over Bearathon half marathon weekend with a quick visit to the silos. Loved every moment of it. So cute, very clean, and plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Did have a minor issue getting an extra agreement form signed outside of the VRBO platform which I almost missed (because I was the one driving) and happened to catch about an hour before checkin. Hosts have WONDERFUL communication and even allowed us to have a few extra minutes for checkout to get everyone showered (didn't want to be in the car for 7 hours after a half marathon w/o a shower!) Really enjoyed our stay - highly recommend - would stay here again.

Cute house, great location, but....

This house is well decorated and clean, which was noted by all. We were attending a convention at the Waco Convention Center and this property was about 6 minutes away. It was close to the delicious downtown eateries as well. Our only, and big, complaint was the parking. One car can park in the front and more in the back. That was fine. Once parked in the back you have to undo a padlock to enter the backyard. Also fine. BUT then there is no way to get into the house from the back unless someone was already in the house. We didn't have a key to the back door and there is not a keypad entry. Very frustrating. Also, when we left out the back door we had no way to lock it unless someone stayed in the house, locked it, and then waited on the front porch for us to drive around from the long back alley to get her. That was a total pain and must be fixed for future guests. It all could be remedied with a simple keypad lock on the back door like the one on the front door.

Cute house and we were close to everything.

We loved the house and location the Only thing was there was no hot water it was late at night and we just made due so I didn’t message you but I feel like that needs to be mentioned because it was so cold and no hot water to shower or wash your face was really inconvenient. But we would definitely stay here again. Thank you
