and the world famous Clifton and Camps Bay beaches. The modern building
features a communal rooftop entertainment deck with swimming pool and
BBQ facilities.

The main bedroom faces Table Mountain. It has a queen size bed, en
suite bathroom and balcony access. The second bedroom faces Signal
Hill. It has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom.

(Please note that all guests are required to pay R100 to use the
bbq/braaifacilities which is payable at reception. A braai box will be
provided)

This property does not experience Load Shedding.
With Load Shedding frustrating the majority of South Africa, this
property is one of the lucky few exempt from having to experience this.

Fantastic views of Table Mountain with glass doors as your walls. Loved the wraparound deck. Had garage parking included which was great. Plenty of towels. Weird situation with motion sensors in the bathrooms. If your partner gets up during the night, everyone gets the light. A few things were either broken or didn’t work as described, so would encourage the owner to resolve.

The just was not welcoming. We arrived at the check in time and were told over and over it would be another 20 minutes because they were “cleaning” but we were waiting outside the apt no one was there. Finally after 90 minutes and me repeatedly asking for the code they finally sent us the code to get in. When the host arrived he was not informative- he did not answer even basic questions. The amenities were not as listed. There was no soap for washer or dishwasher- the host said to squirt hand soap on the dishes. We had to go buy our own paper products- like toilet paper. The place had only superficially cleaned. Blankets were filthy. Bathroom lights either would not turn on or would not turn off. They sent a maintenance person who agreed that the place had not been cleaned and would get the sensors to fix the bathroom lights but this never happened- we were there for a week.
Shower door didn’t close so water leaked out
Shower door only opened about 10 inches
The floors were very dirty
The mattress was broken?? I don’t know but there was a significant dip around the edge
