We had a great family reunion at this property! It served all of our needs for space, cleanliness, and amenities. It also provided great proximity to a nearby casino, local wineries, and Traverse City. I would recommend and definitely stay here again with a large group.

Had a great stay. Thanks! Your place worked out well for us this year, but think we’ll need a 4 or 5 bedroom place next year.

We visited this property over NYE and it was absolutely wonderful. There were 10 guests total and plenty of room to spread out. The home was very clean, spacious, and in a perfect location, close to Elk Rapids and Traverse City. Owners were very responsive to our calls/text messages, and everything was great. We would absolutely book again!

Spacious House in Great Location

We were there for the horse show and it is very convenient. Also a short trip to Elk Rapids or Traverse City. The house is spacious and has seperate living areas if you come with a group or someone needs privacy or a quiet area to work. A nice wooded pond view also!!

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean home and comfortable bed. Loved having an ice machine and Keurig for iced coffee. I loved the surround sound speakers which allowed me to listen to an auto book while crocheting. We would definitely rent from you again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Great Traverse City area accommodations

Our family absolutely enjoyed the use of the "Bissell Pond Retreat" as our base camp. The home was very clean, well equipped for cooking, and had plenty of room for our family of seven adults and two dogs to stretch out. We made use of near by biking trails, shopping, golf, parks, casino, farm stands, breweries, and boat rentals on torch lake. Nights by the campfire were an added bonus. Kelli & Doug thank you for sharing your wonderful vacation home! We would stay again!
