The first floor has a spacious living area with a 50-inch flat panel smart TV, with extended cable service, WIFI. Blue ray DVD's in living room and master bedroom. The kitchen, full bath, and master bedroom with a Cal king bed and flat panel smart TV are also located on the first floor. . The second floor is a bedroom with a queen and a single bed, a sitting area, the 3/4 bath (shower) and the third flat panel TV. The upstairs bedroom has a small step out balcony that offers an ocean view. This vacation home also has two wall unit air conditioners, both two downstairs. This is a pet friendly property. 1,100 SF 124CL

The house was amazing. From the location to the comfort, we loved it. We loved being able to walk out the door and being at the beach in less than a minute or walking along the store fronts. The only negative, very small, there were no directions on what we were allowed to use. Highly recommended this house for stays on the island.

This place had all we needed. Very close to the beach / shops / restaurants. Good bed configuration for family of 5. A/C in rooms which was a life saver in the heat. It’s not fancy and is an older home showing some wear in the bathrooms but it’s a cute beach place with all we needed and we will stay here again!

Location is amazing. Walked to everything, including the Ferry. Home is dated and in need of some basic upgrades, but overall, amazing. Might suggest bringing a power strip for the downstairs bedroom.

Exotic Catalina

The accommodations were perfect. Large and roomy with TV's in every room. Perfect for our group. The internet was speedy and great for those folks that needed to catch up on some work.

Catalina October vacation

The house we stayed in was wonderful. Excellent location. We could walk to everything. Even though it's on a very trafficed street, it wasn't noisy. The property was clean, cared for, and the property managers were available and easy to deal with.

Great Location!

We loved our family stay in this home. Great time away before our Senior graduates. Close to town, beach, and shops. Description just like listed. Our only problem was the washing machine wasn't working (we usually like to do laundry on our vacations) but other than that no issues at all.

Avalon vacation

We Just stayed for three nights. Flooring is very uneven throughout the home - I worry about the safety of the foundation of this house. Lots of noise outside on the street with golf carts coming and going at all hours. I prefer something quieter.

The downstairs toilet did not work because there was rust in the tank, so it could not be used during the stay. The upstairs shower was extremely small. It required bending over the entire time just to shower.An email was sent to the contact provided about the toilet issue, but no response was received.Overall, the place did not feel worth the price paid. The location on Catalina is great, but the maintenance issues and lack of communication made the stay frustrating.

Time capsule to Catalina’s Past

The location was ideal being in walking distance to most of Catalina’s attractions. The house was not as clean as we expected and we did not have a working fridge initially however property management did respond offering a mini replacement and when alerted about cleanliness promised they would address with cleaners for future visits. It was a quaint cottage-like home that I would recommend once the above items are resolved.
