From high-end finishes to detailed guest focus design, you'll be right at home here. Once you’ve settled in, come make yourselves comfortable on the plush sofa for a movie night (Smart TV), or whip the cards out for a fun game night in while the chef of the group Is whipping up a delicious bite in our stocked kitchen, featuring high quality appliances. Make your way outside to the fenced in backyard and soak in the sun while lounging next to the semi-private pool (shared with the downstairs unit). After a fun filled day of exploring, fall into silky sheets atop your cushy mattress and rest up for an eventful day ahead!
This property abounds with special amenities including a Smart TV in the living room and a 42'' tv in every bedroom, high quality furnishings and finishes, vibrant art and décor throughout, and a fully fenced shared backyard with pool. This is a perfect setting for a mid-size/larger group or family looking to explore and unwind.

The home is professionally cleaned prior to every stay and stocked with kitchen essentials, bathroom toiletries, linens and towels for your group.
From beautiful sights, taste bud tingling foods, and vibrant live music, who wouldn’t want to visit?! We recommend using public transportation, including streetcars, buses, Uber or Lyft during your stay. You can park your vehicle in the shared driveway. For another fun way to explore the area, try Blue Bikes, a ride sharing bike rental all around the city.

Guest Access: Guests will have access to the whole second story unit of the duplex and shared access to the pool (with downstairs unit). The driveway is shared with the other unit as well.
The Neighborhood: The home is located in what we like to call "Chilly Gentilly". Its just 2.7 miles to the french quarter - or a 10 min drive, but feels far away from the hustle and bustel of the city.
Other Things to Note: This home contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in the living room and detects smoke and extremely high noise levels.

Wonderful stay. Very comfortable. Only a few hiccups. Only one of the beds were confirmed queen size. The others are double sized. The poor does not have a heater, which shouldn’t matter in the Louisiana heat but for some reason it never got warm enough to swim. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were super comfortable. The location is 10 minutes from everything! It was peaceful and quiet. Would stay again

Thanks for the review and so glad you enjoyed! Although New Orleans and brutally hot in the summer, pool season is typically May - September here as we do get cold snaps and rain that brings the water temp down in other months.
