Enjoy this wonderful province even more by staying at this charming gem located in the heart of St. John’s. Newly renovated and ready for you, this home has three bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, and an open concept dining/living room. Wifi, Smart TV, Washer/Dryer, BBQ, Sitting areas on both front and back patios, oversized backyard surrounded by mature trees, and a fire pit area in the back. Located within minutes of Downtown, George Street, hospitals, and all amenities. Come stay with us at Maple Blue!
*There is an active recording security camera located on the front of the house. It is facing the driveway.
This property is meticulously maintained inside and out. We pride ourselves on cleanliness! Each room has been designed to captivate the beauty each morning has to offer with large operable windows, all freshly painted, modern, and very homely feeling. The master, located at the front of the house comes with a full queen size set including a new box spring and mattress. The middle and back rooms include a double size set suited with new box springs and mattresses as well. The open concept dining/living space is your place to truly unwind after a day of adventure. Sit back on the comfy couch, turn on the 55' smart tv and stream away or sit at the 6 person dining table for a game of cards or play one of many board games/puzzles provided. A PlayStation 4 game console, a variety or games, and 4 controllers have also been connected to the 55” tv making it a great way to entertain the kids while the adults sit back and relax. There’s nothing like taking a relaxing bath in the newly renovated, squeaky clean bathroom, including large bathtub/shower, toilet, vanity, and front load washer.
Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Sitting areas located in the front and rear of house including a fire pit area with wood provided. Overlooking the backyard is the back deck which is suited with patio furniture, patio rug, and BBQ for you to enjoy on those beautiful summer days and nights. Large back yard with mature trees providing natural privacy.

Guests have access to the main floor of the house, left parking space, patio, back yard and fire pit area.
Guests have no access to the bottom portion of the house. It is occupied by a very quiet tenant. Please be respectful.

Maple Blue was everything we could have asked for during our stay in St. John’s. Very clean and organized and the house had so many nice perks in terms of what we might need. Great rental on one level

All on one level 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom was great for all the family staying for MUN convocation of our daughter. Generous table in dining room also lent itself to some nice family gathering time. Very clean. Conveniently located for events we attended.

Very clean and lovingly presented. Plenty of room for our family of five, the full kitchen was handy, and the kids loved the games and the PlayStation. Convenient location: only a few minutes by car to downtown, shops/grocery stores, the university.

Fabulous stay!

Chad and Janine have a beautiful place! Absolutely enjoyed our stay for 5 people with young adults. Everything you could need was available, plus all the personal touches put it over the top! The fire pit in the backyard was so great in the night time. All utensils and dishes available in the kitchen plus a BBQ. And it was exceptionally clean and up to date! Would highly highly recommend their place! Would 110% visit there again. Have already recommended to several people. Thanks Chad and Janine for providing us with a home away from home!!
