What a great place to stay especially if you're traveling with your dog! My dog loved running around in the backyard which had secure fencing. Also liked that there was no carpet in the house so much easier to keep the house clean with a dog. Nice shaded patio too. Well equipped kitchen. Neighborhood was quiet yet still close to town and park. I especially liked it's proximity to the Desert View Conservation Area which is my favorite dog friendly hiking area.

Spring Break in Joshua Tree

We took a restful break in Joshua Tree. This VRBO was the perfect spot. We watched movies on the comfy couch. We enjoyed our coffee as we watched our dog play in the backyard. We enjoyed stargazing too. It was within walking distance to our favorites: The Joshua Tree Saloon and Joshua Tree National Park.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great time during our stay. The house was clean, well cared for and the perfect size for our mini-vacation to Joshua Tree park. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with kitchenware needed to cook light meals throughout our stay. There’s even a plunge pool in the private back yard for warmer months! This house is in the perfect location - on a quiet street and right off the road that takes you into the park. We were in walking distance to restaurants, vintage shops and an excellent coffee shop. We will definitely book this house again for our next trip.

Perfect for us!!

We came to Joshua Tree for a 4 day music festival and the location of the home was perfect! The house was equipped with everything we needed, we felt safe and the home was comfortable and cozy. Gene, The home owner was very prompt with our request for a late check out and was so kind and accommodating I felt like I was taking to my neighbor! We, (My daughters and granddaughter) want to come back and stay here every year now. Definitely would recommend this place and we will be back again.

Nice spot and location

The place was nice. We had an issue with broken glass and stickers mixed in with the back yard dirt. We let the owner know and he was gracious and ensured that it would be resolved before the next guests arrived. The "Evolve" company was okay. We missed the check-in instructions because expected them from VRBO; since rebranding to Evolve, messages were filed in trash and it took a long time to get them on the phone for a resend of check-in info. Otherwise all good. The house was in a good location for easy access to everything.

Cute and clean

Looks exactly like the photos. Bed was comfy, house was clean. Gene the manager was extremely responsive. Mini-split heating and cooling for each bedroom and a third for the living area is a plus. Everyone can control their own climate. A bit or road noise and a rooster crowing were a bummer but would be the same for any rental in the area. I’m from alaska so maybe just sensitive to noise.

The property has all the basics. Everything clean and neat. Had kitchen pots and pans - no salt pepper, coffee, if you wanted to cook you have to bring your own supply. Hot water pressure was poor. Nothing luxurious - average. It fit our needs for this trip. I have to look back. It seemed like the owners fee was not included in the advertised rate and it was a lot. For my needs I could have just gone to Motel 6.
