Six beautifully furnished bedrooms sleep 12 guests—all equipped with heating and cooling for comfortable sleep. There are four in the main house—three with queen-size beds and one with two singles—while two bedrooms in the cottage each offer queen beds. The main home features two bathrooms, each equipped with boutique toiletries. One offers a luxurious freestanding bath, while the other is fitted with a shower and in-unit laundry. A third contemporary bathroom can be found in the cottage.

The property is equipped with Starlink, while limited phone service will encourage you to disconnect and absorb the scenery with bush walking tracks towards a nearby dam.
