Thanks again!
This little gem was the most perfect place for my husband's birthday and our best friends. We had a great time, Jon our host was most welcoming. The layout is perfect and the patio outside was the perfect get together area at the end of the day. Sedona is 20 minutes away and so beautiful. We cannot wait to come back for another mini vacation.

Beautiful property -- very nicely appointed with these great "Arizona Copper" touches throughout. Everything provided to make a relaxing and pleasant stay. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant -- I did a bit of birding in the mornings before heading out for local activities, including the Copper Museum and wineries. We would certainly stay here again.

From the owner: “Thank you, David! We are humbled by your generous and detailed critique of our home. I must admit, it was a labor of love to restore this classic Spanish revival hundred-year-old mining house. It once was home to many families that helped establish Clarkdale as the epicenter of the booming copper industries during the last century. Many wonderful personal memories of raising our family here. Thanks so much for staying with us!"
We absolutely love this home. We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out here, walking downtown, the short drive to Cottonwood. It felt like a cool home we wished was ours! We truly appreciate the inclusion of laundry detergent, coffee mate, shampoo. All the little things that not every host thinks of. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

We absolutely loved staying here! All of the extra touches were noticed and appreciated. In addition, the house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and in a great location. Great communication with Jon during our stay and recommendations for food and activities were all wonderful! We went to Bocce, Clinkscale, Smelter Brewery, and the Copper Art Museum and all exceeded our expectations. Hope to return to this incredible home away from home at some point!

This lovely old home is a very comfortable place to stay. It had everything we needed including laundry detergent and kitchen items. It was super clean. The master bedroom mattress was really soft and comfortable, the 2nd bedroom mattress was more firm and also comfortable. Highly recommend!

All instructions sent before explained everything in detail. Checkin was seamless. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Was easy to get around the area. The inside is warm and well equipped. We also enjoyed the outside patio. Beds are comfortable. The place is very clean. Jon was available to answer questions. We would stay here again.
This house is amazing. Built in the 1920’s but totally redone inside. It literally had everything we would ever need already stocked. The pots and pans were the best I’ve ever seen in a rental. Bring your toothbrush and clothes, that’s pretty much it! You can walk to a local brew pub located in a historical building. We visited several of the local wineries and even the college has a wine tasting room.

Enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend
Our Thanksgiving weekend at the 2-bedroom casita in Clarksdale was delightful! The house had this wonderful cozy and warm vibe that made us feel right at home.We were impressed with the modern updates, especially in the kitchen which was stocked with all the utensils and amenities we needed for our stay. We enjoyed cooking our meals! The warm shower was a much-appreciated touch after exploring the area, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. Sedona was just 20-25 mins drive which is where we spent most of our day time. While the weather didn't permit us to enjoy the outdoor patio and grill, we're already planning a return trip in the summer to take full advantage. The thoughtfully designed space and welcoming atmosphere make this casita a top choice for a relaxing getaway. Can't wait to be back!
