We all enjoyed the house and the location. It was a good size for our 14 family members.We enjoyed the privacy of the setting. The fire pit was awesome and the hot tub was fun. Loved proximity to biking and hiking. Getting to the river was a bit more of a trek than we expected with little ones in tow. However, once there we loved it!

Excellent visit... It snowed the day before we arrived so it was just beautiful. House was great, nice having so many master rooms with bathrooms to suit multiple parts of the family. Amenities galore, well stocked kitchen supplies, hot tub etc. Lake Placid is real close for that "Hallmark" style holiday get away.

We had a great long weekend here with extended family. There were 13 of us, ages ranging from 3-88. The rooms were spacious with most having en suite bathrooms which was great. The kitchen and dining area was large and open with lots of room for us all to be cooking and eating. The family room was a good size but could get tight with more people. Luckily there are so many chairs at the table and the island that everyone could spread out and still watch TV.We had a small issue while there and the owner sent someone out to look at it right away. The problem was probably more my user error than anything else. Very prompt communication.The house was very close to Whiteface for skiing. Outside the kids loved the playhouse and walking down to the river. Very peaceful property and great views of Whiteface from the back yard.Overall a great house!

Amazing property!

We had an amazing stay at this location. It was the perfect size for our family members to be comfortable together and still offered their own privacy when they needed it. It was very clean and the property manager was very kind to check in on us upon arrival to make sure everything was up to our standards. The view from the backyard and the trail to the river were gorgeous! We enjoyed taking the kids on walks through the trail. We would definitely consider staying at this location again and are hoping to plan an annual trip to the area.

Great for big groups!

The house was cozy, clean, and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a big group. We were traveling with young kids and it came equipped with a pack and play and high chair which we didn’t use but thought it was a great added bonus. The view from the house was beautiful. The path down to the river was also a nice perk everyone enjoyed. I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling with several couples or families!

Family Vacation

Absolutely enjoyed our vacation in this rental. The house was big enough to accommodate everyone from all the bedrooms with bathrooms, large kitchen and dining area. The outside with the wrap around porch and hot tub was a plus. Bring bug spray for horse flies and boots for the trail to the river. The location was 15 minutes from everything we wanted to see and visit. Great time, memories made. Thank you

Property was as described, clean and well maintained. The beds and bathrooms were very nice, above average in my opinion. The kitchen had a complete utensil and pans etc. supply. We enjoyed the fire pit area and watched an outdoor movie (brought our own) with s’mores. It was a hot week so we did not use the hot tub. A/C was available in every bedroom and in the dining area

Girls Trip 50th Birthday/ Class of ‘92

After many years, we decided to get together to celebrate our friendships of old classmates and our 50th birthdays. The house was a perfect size for 12 of us to stay with plenty of room. All of the extra bathrooms made it so comfortable for us. The kitchen is fully equipped. We used the oven and stove for a Friendsgiving Feast. Ample seating in the living area as well as the dining room table. We had a fire in the fire pit and used the hot tub. We also took a couple of trips down to the Ausable river. The view from the house is amazing. Plenty of parking. clean comfortable. A great place to stay with family or friends highly recommend. The property manager was readily accessible And answered all questions
