Beautiful view to the West to see spectacular sunsets over the bay and ocean facing Phillip Island.
Brand new house (only literally just built this year) with five bedrooms, and is all fully furnished with all the cutlery and linen you require. Walking distance to a magnificent clean snorkelling beach, and local shops including a well equipped supermarket.

The way you see all the magnificent homes on the hill overlooking the Sea, San Remo, Victoria really reminds me of this magical place.
My favourite sport is snow skiing. I could discuss this for hours.

Why they chose this property

San Remo is conveniently located only a bit over an hours drive from Melbourne. It is the gateway to Phillip Island (which has been in the top five best destinations to visit in Australia for decades). San Remo is a secret to the locals offering clean white sandy beaches, with super clean light aqua water to swim in. It’s ideal for boating, fishing, snorkelling, or walking around the neighbourhood at dusk or sunset spotting wild kangaroos everywhere. So much to offer; the average person would not have a clue about.

What makes this property unique

Villa Positano San Remo has been inspired by a real beachy “Hamptons” look. White furniture with a touch of blue. 3 Queen beds, 4 single beds; can comfortably sleep 10 adults. The fact it has only just been built this year; it has the “new crisp” smell, and is extremely clean and comfortable. It’s fully furnished where you only need to bring yourself and some clothes. Everyone who has seen this home says it’s absolutely stunning with “wow factor”. Just the water views alone of lake, bay and ocean are absolutely magnificent. Truly Beautiful home!!
