The place was beautifully decorated however, the photos were a bit misleading. We did not know it was a shared property and would be sharing with other guests at the same time. Making this more known on the listing would have made for a better understanding. The place is definitely older but the cleanliness could have been better. The kitchen was decent, but many of the dishes and utensils were dirty/had food stuck on them. It also was really lacking on the communication, where it was talking with a third-party service rather than the owner, so it essentially didn’t feel too courteous. Overall, the place was decent however not worth the price they were charging. On a brighter note they did have good air conditioning and the beds were comfortable.
I felt very welcome coming into the home and I have no complaints other than the bathroom did have a bad smell. Smelled like a sewer at times when you went in the bathroom, coming up from the drains or something. The AC was a plus, especially coming in from the heat from outside!
The property is close enough to Walk to the beach and places to eat and leave the vehicle because it's well lighted up at night
Will be a return customer

Cozy Stay
My kids and I enjoyed our stay here. We felt safe, the space was clean, and everything worked. The parking instructions were a little vague, we had a slight interaction with other guests at the property about vehicle placement, but thankfully everyone acted like adults and came up with an amicable parking plan. Some of the cabinets and furniture need some tlc as they were slightly broken but nothing that interfered with our day-to-day. It is within walking distance to the seawall and several restaurants, plus the trolley line. Although we didn't use it, the outdoor area is smaller than what is pictured but big enough for a few people to hang out and chill. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone who would like a small, cozy stay for beach going.
My family and I had a great time there, The place was clean, child friendly, everything in good conditions, easy access to the beach, you can literally walk like 2 or 3 short blocks to be at the beach. Great location close to restaurants and other cool placesI would use my evolve account to rent places in the future. Thank you so much

Place was nothing like the pictures. Very nasty dirty, cabinets on the entertainment center falling off drawers in the bathroom all messed up. Cockroaches and flees looked like bed bugs or mouse poop on the beds. Crack in walls and baseboards.

one way street NO Parking rug in livingroom needs replaced very sticky and we pulled it up and was not clean under it. The throw pillows on the couch were not clean. the bed pillows are pancakes need replaced. the door entry needs to be better with no warning you could very easily fall or twist your ankle. You just fall in.
Overall the unit was clean, however there were a lot of pieces of furniture that were broken. The entertainment center had a drawer where the face was detached, every drawer and cabinet door on the vanity in the bathroom is either broken or won't stay closed, and the couch is held up by 2x4s along with being incredibly stained. The rug in the living room several times pricked the feet of me or my children. The home was also very difficult to see when trying to locate it at night, and there weren't clear markings telling you which units were where on the property. Some signage and additional outside lighting would have helped a lot. We didn't pay a lot which is why I didn't reach out to the property manager about any of these things, the unit was otherwise as advertised. A bit of a disappointment but to be honest we weren't in it to do anything but sleep so if that's why you're planning to use it it will work for that!
The property was lacking in lighting at night. We had difficulty even locating it. There were spaces in the windows that allowed anyone outside to view in, especially at night. Parking was an issue. The toilet seat was hanging on by one screw. There were flies and roaches everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this place

Hi Stanley, we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. After discussing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to provide the following context:-The property does have exterior lighting at the doors, but we apologize if it wasn't sufficient for your arrival. We'll review the lighting setup to see if improvements can be made.-The windows have been checked, and the homeowner will ensure that privacy concerns are addressed, especially at night.-Parking is clearly outlined in the listing details.-The toilet seat has been repaired, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused during your stay.-The homeowner confirmed that an exterminator serviced the property before your check-in. However, flies can sometimes be an issue when doors are left open. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.

Awesome Accommodation
Our husbands had a fishing charter so this location was close to the port. It is short walk to the Seawall and a short drive to the strand!!! We ladies were able to commute about and do our own thing. The house was well equipped for a rental…of course if you are seasoned as we are you bring some necessities. The toilet backed up, however the problem was resolved quickly and we were not even there. The parking is tricky as the drive is shared with 4 units and the street parking is sparse. Especially when there was a couch and chair waiting for trash pickup taking up a lot of space. We would stay here again! In fact I am interested in the other units.

So let's start with the positives. The property is close to seawall boulevard and all it had to offer. I felt safe with my kids in the neighborhood. The window AC units all worked well and kept our place cool even using the stove and oven. The TV worked and the beds were clean (ish) and comfortable. For a 3 night stay my family and I managed. Now, onto the negative. Upon entering the unit, we were greeted with an extremly musty/mildew smell. The shower didnt work. The water pressure was so low it took ages to try to fill the tub that we had to plug with a wash cloth because there wasnt a drain plug. This was not ideal on a beach vacation. When I contacted the host, she said she would send a plumber. I checked back a few times. After the first plumber "fell through" she made no attempts at trying to fix the issue or make it right in anyway. The water did get hot so we made due. There were stickers in the main rug and sand under the rug. No broom to make attempts to clean up the previously left sand or any of our own mess. Also found a sticker on our comforter. The parking was confusing. There we 3 cars parked up the walkway our whole second day, we just used the street. Enough flatware for 4 total people but no spatula, no toaster. Just seemed like some basic things missing (i should have looked at the amenities). The couch had visible stains and the table to eat at was pretty wobbly. It was affordable, that's for sure, but you are going to make sacrifices.

It's decent
I only stayed for 2 nights and most of my time was spent outside of the rental. The place was mostly clean but there were a few issues we had that never got resolved. I emailed the point of contact several times and never got a response. There were no wifi instructions in the house, there was a smell of dust or mold, one of the drawers on the media table was broken, a drawer in the kitchen wasn't attached properly, and there was food under a pillow on the couch. The rest of my issue were more personal and don't really impact much but it's still good to know. There were only 3 seats in the dining room but there were 4 of us and a baby. I just sat on the couch when we ate breakfast so the rest of the family could share the table. The tub doesn't have a stopper and the shower head doesn't have a cord to bring it lower for a child so I had to give my kids a sponge bath. Again, not the end of the world, just good to know. Lastly, the lock started saying that it had low battery, I emailed the point of contact about it and never got a response. I hope they change it before the next guest comes.

Needs work, Communication
I really wanted to like this property, but I just didn’t. There were a lot of small issues that just made it more irritating than relaxing. This is a downstairs unit, it’s part of a quad of duplexes and from this downstairs unit, you can hear every single thing going on upstairs. In fact, if they flush the toilet upstairs, the water rushes through the wall of the master bedroom and kept us up all hours of the night on our last night. The bathroom is small, but fine. The vanity has drawers that are falling out and won’t stay closed, and there is no drain plug in the bathtub to take a bath, which normally would be fine but when traveling with small children who are not comfortable taking showers yet, it was quite an inconvenience to get my child clean. We were told that Wi-Fi would be provided upon check-in and I searched every square inch of the house and could not find a Wi-Fi password. The communication needs to be better, an important information like the Wi-Fi should be displayed for the guests because I shouldn’t have to call you and hunt you down for that information. There is this strange crack in the baseboard, just below the front door, it looks like there is rotting wood, and cockroaches are coming out of it. We found several cockroaches during our stay an and small biting ants that bit my daughter‘s legs up even when she was in bed. At first, I thought it was bedbugs, I can confirm it is in fact ants. Overall, it wasn’t the best, but it could have been worse
