Other details to note:

This is a resort-style vacation/tourist home intended to provide living accommodation to the travelling or vacationing public or occupied for a seasonal or temporary period. Guests are expected to have their permanent residential addresses (proof will be required before access to the property is granted to occupants for long-term stays).

Breakfast:
The following will be available for you to have breakfast: bread, eggs, noodles, spaghetti, coffee, oats, cereals, chocolate/tea, sugar, and milk.

Note that we do not cook for our guests.

Hot Tub:
Although, the hot tub is shared with the other apartment. It will be private to you when in use. To guarantee your privacy, the hot tub is covered with a gazebo that has privacy curtains.

Laundry:
The laundry room is in between the units. Hence, apartment is entirely private. Just keep the door leading to the laundry room locked from your apartment when not in use.

Capacity:
With effect from January 1, 2024, only 6 people can be in this space between 10 pm and 7 am, in line with the new regulation by the City of Orillia.
