You've found your Cape Cod beach retreat! This cozy two-bedroom, single-story cottage is perched atop a seawall directly on Cape Cod Bay. Enjoy amazing water views, sunsets and the twinkling lights of Provincetown in the evening from this desirable end unit. Located in White Village, this iconic Shore Road cottage has an exclusive-use deck and direct access from the property to the shared private beach below.

Enter an open main living area with sofa, flat screen smart TV with cable (cable channels provided via Fubo TV, stream additional content with your own accounts) and WiFi and dining table with seating for four. The galley kitchen has a small electric range, a refrigerator, microwave, drip coffeemaker and toaster. Traditional knotty pine gives this seaside cottage a rustic flare.

The vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan gives the space an open and airy feel. Enjoy the amazing water views from the main living area and front bedroom.

There is a ceiling fan and a ductless split unit air conditioner in the main living area (dual A/C and heater).

The cottage has two bedrooms. The bedroom on the water has a queen bed and a flat screen TV with Fubo cable and Roku (stream your own content). The back bedroom has a full (double) bed. There is a bathroom with shower off the kitchen.

Enjoy the fresh ocean air on the exclusive-use deck with picnic table, lounge chairs and gas grill. Direct beach access from the association property to the beach below. Enjoy the everchanging tides and views.

Two designated parking spaces: one parking space beside unit, second parking space in lot across the street.

Cottage is 374 sq ft.

The property is conveniently located on the shuttle route into Provincetown. Leave you car behind and head into Provincetown for a day and/or evening of fun at the town's many restaurants, galleries, shops, night clubs, bars and museums. All the best of Truro is only a short drive away including golf, restaurants, tours of Highland Lighthouse and wine tasting at Truro Vineyards. Short drive to National Seashore beaches, biking and hiking trails and sites.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
