Surfwatch House is one of three stunning guest suites in the front house, offering architecturally designed spaces with elegant mid-century furnishings. This newly renovated home is the perfect place for your next holiday.

The house features two bedrooms with king-size beds, a spacious lounge, and a large kitchen that both overlook the gardens and ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stovetop, dishwasher, oven, large fridge and freezer, kettle, and toaster. The luxurious bathroom includes both a bath and shower. Sliding doors open to the gardens, deck, and BBQ area, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

Please note - the second bedroom in Surfwatch House can be made up as a king-size bed, or two king singles. Please let us know before your stay which you would prefer, and we will make it up to suit your needs.

Being just 10 minutes north of Kaikoura, a charming beach town famed for whale watching, fishing, surfing, and cycling trails, the property is ideally located.
