This house was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean, modern, and very comfortable. It was the perfect location to explore the Fairbanks area.
Property was perfect for our northern lights bucket list trip. The location was convenient for all that we wanted to do. The until was clean, well decorated and the mattress was so comfortable that we are planning on replacing our mattress at home. I loved how well-stocked the kitchen was as we opted to cook meals in several night.
Perfect Place for a Business trip and visit with friends
Thanks to Jewel (and all associates) for providing a warm and comfortable house. We really enjoyed our stay. See you next year.

It has everything!
We came to Fairnanks for bucket-list light chasing. This place was the perfect home base! We weren't interested in exploring the rather lacking restaurant scene so we were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was so well stocked. It was perfect for cooking. Bed was so comfortable we are thinking about replacing our mattress at home. Everything in the home is well done and well-stocked. We would highly recommend this place. It was the perfect location to be close to everything in Fairbanks, but still out of the city to relax and take in nature.
We were in Fairbanks for our daughter's wedding and our place was perfect for that. Very clean and comfortable. No northern lights while we were there that we were hoping to see. The only complaint was the doors were hard to close/stuck. Everything else was perfect! The ride into town was convenient and beautiful!

Great place to stay!
This is a beautiful, spacious home. We love the radiant floor heat! The accommodations were very nice and beds were comfortable. We even had a moose drop by in the backyard 2 days! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!
The property was clean, comfortable, and met our needs. Would have good good to list kitchen spices, oils, coffee, etc. so we wouldn't have bought unnecessary items. Would have also been helpful to know that the unit had a Keurig and I would have purchased additional pods instead of ground coffee. The middle lightbulb in the master bathroom goes on and off, so maybe needs a new bulb. In all, a great place and experience.
This place is quite a ways from Fairbanks but we chose it because it is within walking distance of my niece. If you want the Fairbanks experience, it provably isn’t for you. Home is comfortable, but not at all accessible. I’m handicapped and a shower was difficult. Overall very good experience.
This was the 3rd place we stayed in Alaska on our 2 week trip. Great location and beautiful inside. Worked great for 2 adult couples. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The main living area was spacious. My only complaint and/or suggestion would be to have some more kitchen utensils; cutting board, more pots/pans. We used each kitchen we stayed in and cooked some meals…so if that isn’t your thing…then don’t worry about that issue.
This is a beautiful home in the countryside a short drive outside of Fairbanks. When we arrived, for some unknown reason the hot water did not work. The owner answered the call and did everything she could to get this fixed immediately. The water worked perfectly within 90 minutes and we had an uneventful stay after that. The response of this owner is beyond perfect. Thank you Jewell, much appreciated.

excellent experience
Clean everything is working as intended. Nothing to complain in paticular.
Overall: a very comfortable home, with everything we needed!
The light fixture over the table was VERY bright; we unscrewed all but one of the bulbs, and that helped.
Instructions said to take the trash “out”, but we couldn’t find a trash bin outside. So we gathered the trash, and left it inside, near the door (so critters couldn’t get it).
A shovel, to shovel the walkway, would have been handy.
The property and home itself were well maintained, clean, and very comfortable to stay in.
Unfortunately, we had a rare winter storm roll through mid-October that put a bit of a damper on our stay since we lost a day and half with our son. Obviously, no one's fault at all. We were snowed in and unable to get out of the driveway.
The owner was as accommodating as he could be given the situation. We ended up losing power on our last day there but were honestly okay with it since we were checking out the next morning. We were just planning to bundle up and pack our things as best we could before it got dark.
However, we also had no water after a few hours. My family is no stranger to being without power since we are from Florida and experienced back-to-back hurricanes in our area this month. But since we were unable to get adequate supplies the day before due to being stuck, we didn't even have bottled water on hand. We decided to check out and go to the hotel on base where my son is stationed.
My husband reached out to the owner and asked if we could possibly receive a partial refund for that day and to our sincere and honest surprise, Nick refunded our last night! We were so happy to finally get a win after the hurricanes and being taken advantage of by a company in Florida I won't mention here. Thank you so much for understanding and trying to help us in every way you could. It was truly appreciated by my entire family.

Beautiful Home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Unfortunately, a rare winter storm came through and we got snowed in for about a day and a half. We ended up losing power, and then water the day before we were due to check out. We are no stranger to being without power as we are from Florida and endured back-to-back hurricanes literally the week before this scheduled trip! We were fine with no power since we were due to check out the next morning but not having any bottled water on hand made the water situation more difficult to navigate. The host was so wonderful and gave us a full refund once we let him know that we wouldn't be able to stay. I thought that was really nice of him to do that since he couldn't control things any more than we could. The home was very accommodating and had everything we needed. I know others have mentioned that a snow shovel would be nice to have on hand, and I agree. Other than that the home was well stocked with linens, and plenty of bedding. It's in a beautiful part of the town and off the beaten path a bit which we truly enjoyed. The only negative aspect I experienced had nothing to do with the owner or the home. It had to do with Evolve. They were frankly awful to deal with, charged me twice for the damage insurance which I tried to point out several times prior to my stay but they kept insisting that they didn't. Well, they did! I'm still trying to get that money back and their customer service is still denying they double charged me so I've just given up and can hopefully dispute the charge through my credit card company. Overall fantastic trip with a house that provided all we needed!
The whole house was clean and well-equipped, including children’s toys in the kids room. The neighborhood was quiet and far enough from the city for a taste of Alaskan wilderness. We loved our stay and would happily return.
