Welcome to our cozy and warm home in a quiet neighborhood, only 15 minutes' drive from the airport. It is very convenient for shopping and dining out. There are many supermarkets nearby within a few minutes' drive.

This independent house has 3 bedrooms, each with comfortable and clean bedding, providing you with a stable sleeping environment. The spacious living room provides the perfect space for your leisure time.

The kitchen is fully equipped, suitable for you to cook easily during your travel. There is ample parking space in front of the house, which can accommodate 3 cars, and the garage is also available, which greatly facilitates your travel.

For families with babies, we provide cribs and high chairs, so that your little ones can also feel the warmth of home. We always keep the house clean and hygienic, so that you can live comfortably. Whether you are staying with your family or sharing time with friends, this place can meet your needs.

Wonderful stay

The house was a perfect home away from home for our family of six. It was clean, spacious, well stocked, and tastefully decorated. Check-in was easy. Communication was quick and professional. The pictures in the listing were accurate. I definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.

Very nice property in a slightly older neighborhood. Property was very clean and well appointed. Having access to the 2-car garage was nice as well. Communication from property manager was excellent! Little welcoming touches (Sunchips and bottled waters) were appreciated. Close to many good restaurants and brew pubs in the area. Would stay here again if we ever again visit Fairbanks!

Overall comfortable stay and would reserve again. Coffee maker is a K-cup machine with provided cups and a reusable cup available as well for those who are like me and want to know exactly what the coffee situation is. It was really nice to be able to park in the garage! Convenient and safe neighborhood. One of the queen beds was too firm for us side-sleepers so we opted for the super comfy couch for our second night. The other beds were reportedly comfy. We also appreciated the high chair and pack n play. The place was overall clean (particularly the commonly touched/used areas) however the baseboards were noticeably dusty and other less commonly cleaned areas like drawers and under the couch had a cough drop and some dust much like my own home in need of a deep clean.

Fairbanks home

We had a wonderful stay! Vicki is a great host and communication was immediate and thorough. Her home is comfortable, well stocked, in a central location, and the garage is a must in freezing winter. We hope to return!
