Great location to beach and within short walking distance to Coligny Beach shops. The condo was small, however it was perfect for my husband and myself. Everything was very clean and well kept. Sit on balcony in early morning and evening to enjoy cup coffee or a drink.We spent everyday at beach, except one, where we took a short drive to Savanah for the entire day.We were able to relax and unwind for the week. Smokehouse, FISH, Skillets Cafe, One Hot Mommas BBQ and Rosevelta’s Pizza all good places to eat. Frozen Moo and the Ice Cream Cone for ice cream.Would recommend on staying if wanting to relax and enjoy the beach!

Great location great finishes. The condo needed a little more TLC from the cleaning crew under the bed and couch. Everything was beautiful. The shower head needs updating.

The unit was almost perfect for our little family of four. It was a little cramped with two adults, a young adult, and a preteen. However, our kids didn't mind sleeping on the sofa bed and found it actually pretty comfortable. I particularly liked the way the living/kitchen area was arranged, as it seemed to offer a little more space than some of the other units we've visited previously. The unit was mostly clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the water was hot long enough for all of us to shower back-to-back (which has not been the case in some other units). A couple of things I wouldn't call complaints, but rather observations and things to be aware of: the bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels are limited in the unit (not sure if that's an owner thing or a management thing), and the bedroom has no door (which limits privacy). In the listing, you can see a barn door that I assumed closed off the room, but once arriving, I realized it was for the closet. One last thing: there is on-site laundry just a step away from the unit, but it only takes quarters. If you need to wash, be sure to bring those. As I mentioned before, towels were limited, so we ended up washing the towels we used to have a clean one the next day, and so on. Overall, though, the unit is very nice; it met our needs, and we had a great stay here. I would definitely book again if it were just two of us. I'd also recommend it to others.

Location was super convenient to beach. Pool was an extra bonus especially the day we couldn’t swim in the ocean because of “fish” feeding activity. I was hoping there would be bikes to use but I didn’t get an answer from host. Honestly, I thought it was too hot anyway! Condo was updated recently and they did a really nice job. The bed was just ok, hence the 4 stars.

Beautifully Renovated Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found this place after our original rental with another rental company was canceled last minute. This one bedroom was recently renovated and very clean! Everything felt brand new and we were so grateful for the well appointed space. It is located right on the beach and in the heart of Forest Beach Area, with only a short walk to all the Coligny Plaza restaurants & shops. Wish the pool was beach side instead of street side so you could get more sunlight exposure during the day, but overall a great stay.
