This house was perfect for our family of five. Spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub, kitchen was well equipped and we grilled several times too. Close to grocery stores, Target and Walmart. Attentive and kind property management, and questions were promptly answered.

This is the 2nd time ive stayed at this house. Location is perfect. Anything you need is 10 minutes away. House is spacious and clean. Well stocked and lots of random items in the garage we enjoyed. Pool and hot tub used everyday! Playground is just across the street- walkable! We certainly plan to stay here again. Bonus they have another rental right next door so if you have lots of family and friends its perfect!

Marcelino was attentive and as helpful as he could be. The pool and hot tub quit heating, shortly into our stay. This was the main reason we picked this house. For the pool and hot tub. So that was disappointing.

Pool/Spa 5 Stars but House needs work

Pros - Very nice large heated pool and spa. Liked the location of the home. Near the middle bridge going into Cape Coral. Lots of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. nearby. Quiet, safe neighborhood. House had a Keurig and bath robes. Rooms were spacious. Cons - The tablet to operate the pool/spa had problems. Error messages kept popping up and you had to keep repeating what you wanted the pool/spa to do on the tablet before it would finally take. Recommend written instructions on how to use the tablet to operate the pool/spa. Overall the house was nice but there were several maintenance issues that need to be addressed such as refrigerator didn't make ice, light bulbs out or flickering, microwave door was cracked in three places, two outdoor lounge chairs were broken (mgmt company did replace them while we were there), floor was very dirty, shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall. The tv on the lania didn't have a cord long enough to plug in. Mgmt. company brought an extension cord but outdoor GFI outlet did not work so we had to run the extension cord through the patio door to an interior outlet. We had no a/c one night which couldn't be helped but we did spend five hours the next day waiting on the a/c repairmen. If the maintenance issues were addressed, we'd recommend this rental. Personally, there are too many other rental options and we would not return to this property. It's a shame because the pool and spa were excellent!

Thank you for your feedback, Tina. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t fully meet your expectations. However, we’d like to clarify that the home is regularly maintained and inspected to ensure a quality stay. The pool and spa controls do come with instructions, and our team is always available to assist guests with any technical concerns. Maintenance issues, when reported, are addressed promptly—as reflected in the replacement of lounge chairs and assistance with the TV setup during your stay. We strive to provide a clean and well-equipped home, and we’re committed to ensuring that any issues are handled quickly and professionally. We appreciate your stay with us and regret that this property wasn’t the right fit for you. Best regards, Roelens Vacations.
