The Space Your private room is spacious and elegant. Luxury features include heated granite floors, recording studio grade soundproofing, comfortable lounge seating, and commissioned original paintings from local artists. Your private and spa-like ensuite bathroom is equipped with a rainfall shower and wall jets, and heated marble floors. Stay connected for business or personal use with private gigabit ethernet and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, and numerous streaming services on the 4k TV.
Guest Access During your stay, you will have access to numerous shared amenities including; a massive deck designed for both relaxation and entertainment featuring a Weber BBQ, custom fire table, massive umbrella, Lazy Boy couches, and Royal Botania sun loungers. Indoor amenities include a fully equipped laundry room with countertop, sink, wine chiller, and fully stocked coffee and tea station. 2026 will see the addition of a hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna for the ultimate spa experience.

Quiet, central, and walkable! Coffee shops, restaurants, a bakery, liquor store and parks are all nearby, a grocery store less than 1 km away and blocks from the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.The Brent and Deanna are very welcoming, and I will happily stay here again.
The suite offerings are as described. I enjoyed access to books as I forgot mine. Coffee and some simple snacks to help fill in a gap in my busy schedule was very much appreciated. I felt safe and relaxed. Thank you so much!

We had a lovely stay here! The house and suite are both beautiful and close by walking or bus to downtown Victoria. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.
The room is very nice and has all you need with shared kitchen facilities. The location is not downtown but close enough to walk, approximately 20 minutes.
I had an amazing stay at Central Park Prestige The accommodation was exactly as advertised. Great location to enjoy all that Victoria has to offer. Fantastic places to eat very close including a tasty bbq joint (Jones bbq) and tasty fried chicken at Chicken 649. Both recommendations from the booklet in the room provided by the attentive hosts Brent and Deanna
We booked this location due to its proximity to Royal Jubilee Hospital the night before my surgery. It is 6 min away and a super easy commute. The suite is immaculate and has everything one would need. The host Deanna is lovely and very responsive. 10/10 recommend.
We had a wonderful stay at Brent and Deanna’s house. The suite A was spacious and clean, with a great bathroom. The shared kitchen with a small fridge were perfect for an one-week stay. We were able to discover Victoria by foot (15/20 min walk from the downtown). It was perfect.
We stayed just two nights, but wish we stayed more! Love the room, with all of the amenities. They treated us with a cinnamon bun on our arrival, which was a nice welcome. Everything was clean, cozy, and it was a great location for our visit. Thanks so much!

You don’t have to worry about the cleanliness and tidiness of this house; everyone feels at home here. I was pleased to find that the bus station is right in front of the door, as I often feel anxious about parking in busy areas like popular sightseeing spots and downtown. I took the bus there every day, which was very convenient.
This is a lovely property. Very stylish design and decor. Impeccably clean and organized. Appears to be almost brand new. Easy access. Our hosts were quick to respond and very helpful with our inquiries. Added bonus: The most amazing bakery is just down the street!
This was a quiet, well built little gem of a place in an excellent neighborhood, full of coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants. I can’t say enough about the gracious hosts! I lost my phone while staying there, and they went above and beyond to help me find it. I highly recommend a stay here.
Brent and Deanna were wonderful hosts and we were so impressed with their rental suite! It was super clean and thoughtfully built and appointed. Having a shared kitchen and laundry space was important to us. We didn't have a lot of time to spend on the patio space but look forward to returning one day soon! Highly recommend this space!
