Guest Access:

This spacious retreat features three bedrooms, one bathroom and a pool room on the lower level, while the upper level includes the main living room, two additional bedrooms and one bathroom. Though it's important to note that the showers are not wheelchair accessible due to a small step.

- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.



CHECK-OUT TIME

- until 10 am.

- Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager.



GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 500AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



RULES

- Visitors are not allowed to overnight.

- Quiet time: 9pm to 8am.
