Introducing Seascape Studios by Luxe Homestays...this luxury two-bedroom apartment located in the centre of Dunsborough is the perfect base for small families or couples wanting to explore the beautiful South-West region.
Just a short stroll to the beach at the end of the street, and to the parks, boutiques and cafés in the heart of thriving Dunsborough, this apartments is great for a family weekend away with a touch of style at this peaceful and centrally located place.

It's part of an architecturally designed three-storey apartment block. The apartments are split-level, with the bedrooms and bathrooms split onto each level. The Master bedroom is on the top floor with King bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has 2 singles with a shared bathroom. An open-plan kitchen and living area located centrally, looking out onto a small covered balcony. Seascape Studio is decorated in a relaxed beach style, offering comfort and relaxation in this home away from home.

The kitchen is a great size and comes with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hotplate, oven and more. It is fully equipped with cookware and crockery and has everything you need to create a gourmet meal.

Please note Seascape Studios can be Increased up to 3 by 3 studio, also for couples a 1 bedroom studio can be rented enquire within.

Perfect spot for a small family, walking distance to everything and great cafe 5 steps away from the front door. Beds were super comfy. Karl’s communication was fantastic.

We had a very relaxing stay. The apartment had everything could need and it was in a perfect location to be able to walk to local cafes, restaurants and the beach. It was very spacious and clean. We miss it already and will be back soon!
