Great place to stay

The property was a perfect size for three couples , walking distance to all facilities very neat and tidy and comfortable, would not hesitate to stay there again

The house was OK. Cleanliness was OK. The cleaners need to be able to clean better under beds, behind furniture, and in the less obvious spaces. It was quite dusty. The worst part was the lack of response from the host in relation to an issue we had with the Internet not working the whole time we were there. The property was chosen for the fact that it had NBN/Wi-Fi as I needed to work while away. The host was slow to respond to messages about resolving the issue with one reply coming after 14 hours and the last reply coming after three days Their response was disappointing in the least stating that Wi-Fi comes for free and that I can’t rely on it being available. I asked for some consideration of this in the form of a partial refund which was flatly refused. I am a superlative guest with Stayz and Airbnb. Never had any negative experience like this before.

Fantastic House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the place. It was very clean and has absolutely everything you would ever need in a holiday getaway. Location is also amazing as it is just a 5 min walk from town center and the beach.Highly recommended.
