Best of all the beach is just a 600 meter stroll away. With high end finishes you'll be super comfortable in this 2 storey home. Two living areas, a lovely deck and al fresco courtyard provides plenty of space to relax. You'll love the beautiful sun filled deck, open plan living, super comfy beds and the feel of luxury this home has.


A stylish & modern two storey home close to Bell Street and the beach. The lower level consists of:

- 1 x queen room
- 1 x bunk room (with two bunks - BOTH BUNKS BYO LINEN & TOWELS)
- 1 x living space wth smart TV
- laundry with washer/ dryer (combined)
- outside al fresco courtyard
- bathroom

Upstairs:
- 1 x master queen room with en suite
- open plan living room with smart TV and gas fire
- open plan diving & kitchen
- separate toilet
upper deck/balcony with BBQ ( and bar stools)

There is a booster seat provided in the place of a highchair, it straps onto a chair & infants can get buckled in.

The clean price includes all bed linen, towels (no beach towels) & tea towels

PLEASE NOTE NO BUNKS ARE MADE UP WITH LINEN & TOWELS - PLEASE BYO LINEN & TOWELS IF YOU NEED TO USE THE BUNKS

Guests will have access to everything this home has to offer, including a garage for 1 car and space for driveway parking, there is also free street parking.

I will be available by phone or the booking site.

Set in a quiet street just off Bell Street, one of Torquay's main streets, just two minutes to the Torquay Hotel, Caravan Park and lots of eating options (fish & chips, ice cream, brewery, coffee shop, Italian, Raman - so much on the doorstep!), also only 600 meters to Cosy Corner Beach.

This is a pet free property - however the owners do occasionally bring their dog so it isn't allergy free.

We do have a baby gate at the property for the stairs if needed.
Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.

Modern family home

Great home for a family holiday. Well equipped, comfy beds and plenty of room. Loved the upstairs balcony, great area to sit and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. Bunk beds are quite large so they are suitable for adults. 10 min walk to beach and main shops. A bit of noise from the pub across the road at night on the weekend. Would stay again.
