Love being poolside or playing pool?...we have you covered for both! Our great home ticks all the boxes with a lovely solar heated pool, a large undercover alfresco area for entertaining, a pool table and large living with a very well stocked kitchen for hosting all your friends and family. The home has ample space for two families with a second living area, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Superbly located within 10 minutes walk to the beach, golf club, parks and football oval.


Please note the pool is solar heated and although heats well in the warmer months it does get slightly cooler on cloudy days. The pool is 6x2.8m. There are sliding doors that fully open to seamlessly connect the indoor to outdoor areas which is lovely on summer days with the coastal breezes.

We have two smart TVs, board games and DVDs to also keep you entertained.

Our home feels spacious and inviting whether you stay for two nights or two weeks you'll have everything you need and more for a relaxing and fun stay.

All linen and towels are provided, please BYO pool and beach towels.

We have a Nespresso pod machine for use if you love your coffee. We supply a small number of pods for guests but please BYO if you need extra caffeine!

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.
We do not accept young groups or schoolies, families or couples only pls.
Please note will we not host parties or events.
Please be respectful of our neighbours past 9pm if outside.
