Serenity & Comfort in Subiaco 1 Bedroom Unit

Take it easy at this comfortable and serene getaway. Gaze out of your living room or enjoy sitting on the balcony with wonderful privacy. This gorgeous 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is very well furnished, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area, and full bathroom. You are only 3 minutes from the West Leederville train station. The apartment is on the 1st floor, there are about 12 steps to climb fyi. Excellent location across from Mueller Park. Secure parking for any size.

Subiaco is a great place to stay as it is an easy distance to the downtown either walking or grab the free CAT (Central Area Transit) buses. The West Leederville train station is just a few minutes walk away. You will be right across from Mueller Park a lovely spot to relax.

You will have access to the entire apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, living area and balcony for your stay. The master bedroom has a queen bed. Wifi through out, see your check in instructions. Keys are at the door in a handy lock box. Access to the parking requires you park on Subiaco Rd beside Meuller park on the street and head to the apartment mailboxes to collect the keys and FOB to access the parking area. There is an onsite complex laundry paid machines (we have supplied laundry soap). See your check in instructions for the laundry area code.

This apartment is located within a gated complex. There is ample parking for any size vehicle and you can park anywhere once you have passed through the gate.

Only 3 minute walk from the West Leederville train station. Only approximately a 15 minute walk from the FREE TRANSPERTH TRANSIT AREA Yellow CAT line, Transperth on the web for more details. Also Transperth is FREE on Sundays to anywhere.

This apartment stay, suitable for up to 2 guests. This is a lovely family complex. Quiet times are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. for everyone's peace and enjoyment. This is a non smoking / vaping and no pets of any kind are allowed in the apartme

Just a wonderful stay. Easy drive to everywhere and easy access parking. Host was terrific! I left behind my dryer and he arranged for me to pick it up on my return to the airport in Perth, with clear instructions. Shower was warm and of the raindrop variety. A good coffeemaker with a starter supply of pods. We brought our own frother. (Love cappuccinos). Communication was the best of any host yet. Location was great. It rained nearly the entirety of our visit so we used our car more than expected. Easy access to tons of restaurants and 5 minute drive from Kings park. We loved Perth… clean and safe! Tons of extension cables for electronics as it is an older building but it worked out great.

Ideal location

The property is perfectly located adjacent to all of West Leederville amenities, cafes and up market pubs. The train is a short, 2 min walk. Subiaco is either a ten minute easy walk or one train stop away. You can fly in to Perth and catch the train from the airport directly to West Leederville. The apartment was spotlessly clean and came with many useful accessories such as hair dryer, dish and clothes washing products, coffee and a coffee machine. The kitchen has a microwave as well as a full oven and stove, also a good size fridge. The host provides excellent wifi as well as Netflix access. The bed is comfortable with great air flow in the room. The bathroom is small but has all the essentials and is well kept. The shower is very small, this may be an issue for some. My partner is 187cm tall and 95kg, I am 175cm tall and 62kg, we found the shower quite small. The water was hot and plentiful. The complex is quiet and the people friendly. I would stay there on a return to Perth.
