The Space:
Kama-on-Thomson Blvd is a renovated, comfortable home in the quiet seaside town of St Leonards. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle, relax and unwind, surrounded by all of the comforts of home. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom, two-living residence comfortably sleeps 6 adults with 2 queen size beds and 2 singles. The singles are not long singles so are best suited to adults under 6ft. There is even a fold-out futon in the rear rumpus room however you will need to supply your own bedding for this. A well-appointed kitchen includes all your needs for cooking when having a night in or BBQ in the spacious outdoor area.
Within 10-15 minutes you can stroll to the beach, shops, and popular St Leonards Hotel. The St Leonards Lake Reserve Walking Track is also well worth making a daily holiday ritual. A short drive can take you to well-known local wineries, Ocean Grove, Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale.
St Leonards is surrounded by Golf Courses and is only a short distance from the Portarlington and Queenscliff ferries.
Features include; air-conditioning in lounge/dining and main bedroom, ceiling fans, large rumpus room, 2 bathrooms (one with bath and laundry facilities), cupboard storage, heaps of parking with room for a boat down the side of the house off-street, BBQ, dishwasher, modern cooking facilities. All bed linen and bath towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels.

The Neighbourhood
The neighbourhood is quiet with a mix of holiday homes and local residents. There is plenty of parking onsite with a long single driveway leading down the right side of the house. Parking is also accessible on the street without restriction.
